Вопрос по Asylum.

Мои знакомые собираются подать на политику. Сами они с Узбекистана, с Ташкента помоему если не ошибаюсь. Так вот, они хотят поженится в первую очередь, а потом подать на Asylum и получит approve вместе возмоноли это?- Сейчас они со всеми советуются и вот я вам все разложил форумчаны.

They want an assylum based on what? Political status they will have to prove it- meaning letters from people they know who can vouch saying if tey go back they will die... Getting a political assylum in US is hard... I would recomend getting lawyer and having all your paperwork together. If rejected you can not re-apply for the same thing. Good luck...:D

Well how hard is it to fake letters from uzbekistan stating that you will die if you go back? You just have to make something up. Nobody can even check if the people exist. You go get the letters translated and they become official evidence. I think that is probably what the lawyer tells you to do. :lol: Lawyers :rolleyes:

Even if they make fake letters, it is too difficult to get asylum in states. especially for males from "islamic" countries. those who are from afghanistan, pakistan or iran even may not even dream about getting one.

An Afghani friend of mine got it recently, pretty easily too. He had a genuine reason, rather than those who pretend to be changing their religion or saying lie. It is the most disgraceful people who escape the truth but they try hard-and-harder to lie and get an easier life. i can't understand those.

In fact for muslims it's easier they may say that they are gays or lesbians etc. Whaever is not allowed in Muslim countries. :cool:

Why not? You can lie to get a better life, can't you?

I went back to Tashkent to visit my parents recently. It was awful. The city, the people just everything. I would rather lie and spend money on lawyers than go back and live in UZB.
