I bought a phone card from phonecardsonline.com as some some students suggest but when i try to use i keep getting "u dialed wrong number" what should i dailed if i am calling to 1)Fargona, 2) Tashkent region

I don't know how to help you, really. I think you have to try:
*To use our old contry number [it's 007, for Tashkent 3712( dlya 6-znachnogo nomera) or 371(dlya 7-znachnogo nomera)].
*Besides it, you can also try to call to customer service(it's tel. number has to be given on the caard as well) & ask them what's going on there... By the way, from where are you calling? The best card for UK is "banana" I think (if I don't mistake it has 75p connection charge & 15p/min afterwards).
