View Full Version : Please, help in a Blood Cancer case of a 19 year old girl!-Please read the first post
Dear Forum members,
My family and I are undergoing very difficult times! My 19 year old sister was diagnosed with "Acute Myeologenous Leukemia" (a heavy form of Blood Cancer) in September of 2006 in Uzbekistan. Before that, she was constantly complaining about her health condition, but doctors were so reluctant to really look into what is actually happening to her that as a result, we found out that she was consuming medications that actually were worsening her illness, and there was even some point when she was in a critical condition!
Doctors say there is no way she could be cured in Uzbekistan (no experience, no opportunity...). They are saying that she needs to be taken abroad immidiately for professional surgery (Bone-Marrow Transplantation). We contacted many hospitals overseas, including USA, Germany, France, but the estimated costs of surgery there were extremely high ($350,000 and up...)!!! But, one clinic in Novosibirsk, Russia gave the least price among others ($85,000). We know this is still a lot of money and we don't own this much, but this is the only option to cure our sister!
I am currently in the US, going to college due to some scholarships received. But my family in Uzbekistan, (ordinary school teachers), are not able to financially cover any costs of treatment of my sister.
This matter is of utmost urgency. Every day passed without adequate medical treatment reduces chances of my sister for survival.
Current situation is, that our sister had undergone several Chemotherapy treatments and is still receiving it. (@ Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion). But, that is the only thing that is keeping her alive now - or in other words -extending her life.
Unfortunately, that doesn't help to cure her disease. The Only Thing That Can Cure Her Is An Immidiate SURGERY!!!
With this message, I want to ask you to help us PASS IT AROUND to everyone
(companies/organizations..influential people or anyone...) who you think
could help us find any funds for our sister's surgery! This matter is of
utmost urgency!!! The surgery needs to be done AS SOON AS POSSIBLE,
otherwise it's going to be too late...........!
Your support is greatly appreciated and please remember that even the smallest contribution will mean a lot to this young lady who we all believe should have at least the same life chances as any of us has.

The donations have been made from around the world and from hundreds of individuals as well as groups of people and institutions/establishments. Also, one of the forum member's mother gave her blood for transfusion. The least people here in the forum and many others aware of this case have been doing, is giving their moral support and having hands on organizational issues. Funds raised as of 12/02/2007 total $14,639.92
As you see this is a great amount that we gathered due to outstanding attempts of our kind forum users. However, this is not enough for the surgery.... which is approx.$85,000. We need much more!!!
Please, please kind people help us save this young girl in the picture and get her back to normal life that she deserves!!!
Again, huge Thanks to each and every person involved in this action.

Hi Hope,
very sorry for your sister.
sounds like you know english very well and there is only advice that I can give you. try to search on internet and find non profit organizations who help in this kind of situations. oh, especially if you are in states now you have a better chance than anyone else who would've have this issue while being in Uzb. I mean, you can search, find several organizations, institutions and visit them and have a personal touch. If necessary, you have to travel to their head offices. I don't know, don't really know how much its going to help, but at least i Hope...

hi,
My 19 year old sister was diagnosed with Blood Cancer, " Ostriy Miyloblast Leykoz" in September of this year in Uzbekistan. Until this time doctors were giving her treatment under incorrect diagnosis.
Doctors say there is no hope for recovery from this illness in Uzbekistan. They are recommending to take her to developed countries, where there is a way to cure from this disease. I am in the United States, in school right now. But my family, in Uzbekistan, is financially incapable of covering the costs of treatment or transportation abroad.
This matter is of utmost urgency. Every day passed without adequate medical treatment reduces chances of my sister for survival.
Please, if anyone knows who we can ask for help, or where we should go, please advise!

Saida,
It was sorry to hear that.
Sure god will endow cure for her.....
Best way to do that is to ask Hospitals, they have Patient assistance programs. I heard that one guy brought his father from Uzb and had treatment for free of charge.
For free drugs:
http://www.freemedicineprogram.org/
http://www.freemedicinefoundation.com/
http://www.rxassist.org/
https://www.pparx.org/Intro.php
I encourage you to apply as early as possible for drugs you needed, processing takes up to 1 month.
You can check web as well for similar programs. You can get needed medicines for your sister.
I advice you to go tell to local newspaper or church to have it announced. in US people everyyear make donations from incomes to write off from tax. Also, rich muslim people do zakats every year.
Probably the best would be to ask help from muslim doctors working in hospitals nearby. They know people who are willing to donate. Usually, people do not give funds directly to patient, they pay bills from a doctor whom they go. For example, in mosque where I go a lot of muslim doctors come for friday prays. First make get to know any sisters coming to mosque. Usually mosques in US have two sections for both genders.
Patient assitance and free medicine programs requests your bank account balance and a list of property you got.
Believe me, these things really work. I got 2000$ assitanse once for Catscan of another sister. I would be happy if any of above stated helps you.

Tell to you parents to go to the biggest mosques of Tashkent. There are people in Tashkent who are ready to donate. They ask imams of the mosques to infrom them when there is somebody in need.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through its numerous humanitarian achievements, both nationally and internationally, has rightly deserved it’s status as the “Kingdom of Humanity”, as decreed by The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. This will be considered the national logo to be used by the government in relation to any humanitarian endeavor.
The Kingdom of Humanity reaches out across geographical and cultural barriers to aid those in need regardless of race, color or beliefs. These principles prevail under the leadership of The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud whose acts of benevolence clearly show his compassionate and generous nature. This is evident by his sponsorship of numerous conjoined twins separation cases from all over the world.
To date thirteen (13) sets of conjoined twins have been successfully separated in the Kingdom of Humanity, the most recent nine (9) at National Guard Health Affairs (NHGA), King Abdulaziz Medical City-Riyadh under the sponsorship of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the experienced Multidisciplinary Team headed by Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah, Consultant Pediatric Surgeon and Chief Executive Officer, NGHA.
The benevolence and fatherly nature of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has touched the lives and hearts of these disadvantaged families by enabling their children to lead a more normal life.
I know your sister's case is not related to this Hospital, however, they do have the capability to help financially and medically, consider contacting them.
Another proof they would be willing to help...insha'Allah...

Hi dear,
Sorry for your sister,
In my experience and opinion, you search for Cancer Hospitals in Europe, search treatments, very important thing is to have all details of your sister condition. Ask from doctors who can help her. They can guide you with medicines and latest treatments. you can buy them and send to Uzbekistan.
It would help untill you will find more support for medical drugs against her disease.
For getting some support, maybe good way to write to Health Organisations in USA, or International organisations or Cancer research Foundations.
However to find specialised medical doctor who already treated such patients is very important. Some Hospitals in Europe can help as well. You can try in searching those contacts.
I know many people from Uzbekistan who were treated in European Hospitals, they are very fine. or your family should contact to Ministry of health of Uzbekistan, they have some activities to send sick children or people for treatment to European countries, there were group of disabled children adults who were in Germany for getting treatments.
I hope some of informations will help to your sister, one way which i have seen is to contact in discussion web site of people who suffers with cancer disease, just send message them, you will get a lot experiences and advises how they have been treated. Many my friends get help from such places for sick loved ones.
I pray for your family

Check out the American Cancer Society. They might provide with some funding. I hope. You may also refer to American families who've lost their family bc of the disease. You never know. What if you find people willing to do the charity.

Here's an update:
I've been in regular contact with the girl's father, and the doctor who is overlooking her case. Currently, she's in the hospital, and doctors say her condition is a little better than before.
As far as medications go, everything is taken care of.
The problem is, she has a rare blood type: II (-). If you know someone who has the same blood type, and could donate, please PM me for details.
I'm also trying to work on transporting her to a hospital overseas through a charity organization. Unfortunately, it takes time, and hopefully we'll be able to get somewhere.

General Information
Note: Estimated new cases and deaths from acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in the United States in 2006: [1]
New cases: 11,930.
Deaths: 9,040.
Advances in the treatment of AML (also called acute nonlymphocytic leukemia or ANLL) have resulted in substantially improved complete remission rates. [2] Treatment should be sufficiently aggressive to achieve complete remission because partial remission offers no substantial survival benefit. Approximately 60% to 70% of adults with AML can be expected to attain complete remission status following appropriate induction therapy. More than 15% of adults with AML (about 25% of those who attain complete remission) can be expected to survive 3 or more years and may be cured. Remission rates in adult AML are inversely related to age, with an expected remission rate of >65% for those younger than 60 years. Data suggest that once attained, duration of remission may be shorter in older patients. Increased morbidity and mortality during induction appear to be directly related to age. Other adverse prognostic factors include central nervous system involvement with leukemia, systemic infection at diagnosis, elevated white blood cell count (>100,000/mm3), treatment-induced AML, and history of myelodysplastic syndrome. Leukemias that express the progenitor cell antigen CD34 and/or the P-glycoprotein (MDR1 gene product) have an inferior outcome. [3] [4] [5] AML associated with an internal tandem duplication of the FLT3 gene (FLT3/ITD mutation) has an inferior outcome that is attributed to a higher relapse rate. [6] [7]
Cytogenetic analysis provides some of the strongest prognostic information available, predicting outcome of both remission induction and postremission therapy. [8] Cytogenetic abnormalities that indicate a good prognosis include t(8;21), inv(16), and t(15;17). Normal cytogenetics portend average-risk AML. Patients with AML that is characterized by deletions of the long arms or monosomies of chromosomes 5 or 7; by translocations or inversions of chromosome 3, t(6;9), t(9;22); or by abnormalities of chromosome 11q23 have particularly poor prognoses with chemotherapy. These cytogenetic subgroups predict clinical outcome in elderly patients with AML as well as in younger patients. [9] The fusion genes formed in t(8;21) and inv(16) can be detected by reverse transcriptase–polymerase chain reaction (RT–PCR), which will indicate the presence of these genetic alterations in some patients in whom standard cytogenetics was technically inadequate. RT–PCR does not appear to identify significant numbers of patients with good risk fusion genes who have normal cytogenetics. [10]
The classification of AML has been revised by a group of pathologists and clinicians under the auspices of the World Health Organization (WHO). [11] While elements of the French-American-British classification have been retained (i.e., morphology, immunophenotype, cytogenetics and clinical features), the WHO classification incorporates more recent discoveries regarding the genetics and clinical features of AML in an attempt to define entities that are biologically homogeneous and that have prognostic and therapeutic relevance. [11] [12] [13] Each criterion has prognostic and treatment implications but, for practical purposes, antileukemic therapy is similar for all subtypes.
A long-term follow-up of 30 patients who had AML that was in remission for at least 10 years has demonstrated a 13% incidence of secondary malignancies. Of 31 long-term female survivors of AML or acute lymphoblastic leukemia younger than 40 years, 26 resumed normal menstruation following completion of therapy. Among 36 live offspring of survivors, 2 congenital problems occurred. [14]
The differentiation of AML from acute lymphocytic leukemia has important therapeutic implications. Histochemical stains and cell surface antigen determinations aid in discrimination.

Treatment Option Overview
Note: Some citations in the text of this section are followed by a level of evidence. The PDQ editorial boards use a formal ranking system to help the reader judge the strength of evidence linked to the reported results of a therapeutic strategy. (Refer to the PDQ summary on Levels of Evidence for more information.)
Successful treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) requires the control of bone marrow and systemic disease and specific treatment of central nervous system (CNS) disease, if present. The cornerstone of this strategy includes systemically administered combination chemotherapy. Because only 5% of patients with AML develop CNS disease, prophylactic treatment is not indicated. [1] [2] [3]
Treatment is divided into 2 phases: induction (to attain remission) and postremission (to maintain remission). Maintenance therapy for AML was previously administered for several years but is not included in most current treatment clinical trials in the United States (see the Adult AML in remission section of this summary). Other studies have used more intensive consolidation therapy administered for a shorter duration of time after which treatment is discontinued. [4] Consolidation therapy appears to be effective when given either immediately after remission is achieved [4] or when delayed for 9 months. [3]
Since myelosuppression is an anticipated consequence of both the leukemia and its treatment with chemotherapy, patients must be closely monitored during therapy. Facilities must be available for hematologic support with multiple blood fractions including platelet transfusions, as well as for the treatment of related infectious complications. [5] Randomized trials have shown similar outcomes for patients who received prophylactic platelet transfusions at a level of 10,000/mm3 rather than 20,000/mm3. [6] The incidence of platelet alloimmunization was similar among groups randomly assigned to receive pooled platelet concentrates from random donors; filtered, pooled platelet concentrates from random donors; ultraviolet B-irradiated, pooled platelet concentrates from random donors; or filtered platelets obtained by apheresis from single random donors. [7] Colony-stimulating factors, e.g., granulocyte colony–stimulating factor (G-CSF) and granulocyte-macrophage colony–stimulating factor (GM-CSF), have been studied in an effort to shorten the period of granulocytopenia associated with leukemia treatment. [8] If used, these agents are administered after completion of induction therapy. GM-CSF was shown to improve survival in a randomized trial of AML in patients aged 55 to 70 years (median survival was 10.6 months vs. 4.8 months). In this trial, patients were randomized to receive GM-CSF or placebo following demonstration of leukemic clearance of the bone marrow; [9] however, GM-CSF did not show benefit in a separate similar randomized trial in patients aged 60 years and older. [10] In the latter study, clearance of the marrow was not required before initiating cytokine therapy. In a randomized trial of G-CSF given following induction therapy to patients older than 65 years, complete response was higher in patients who received G-CSF, due to a decreased incidence of primary leukemic resistance. Growth factor administration did not impact on mortality or on survival. [11]
The administration of GM-CSF or other myeloid growth factors before and during induction therapy, to augment the effects of cytotoxic therapy through the recruitment of leukemic blasts into cell cycle (growth factor priming), has been an area of active clinical research. Evidence from randomized studies of GM-CSF priming have come to opposite conclusions. A randomized study of GM-CSF priming during conventional induction and consolidation therapy showed no difference in outcomes between patients who received GM-CSF and those who did not receive growth factor priming. [12] [13][Level of evidence: 1iiA] In contrast, a similar randomized placebo-controlled study of GM-CSF priming in patients with AML aged 55 to 75 years showed improved disease-free survival in the group receiving GM-CSF (median disease-free survival for patients who achieved complete remission was 23 months vs. 11 months; 2-year disease-free survival was 48% vs. 21%), with a trend towards improvement in overall survival (2-year survival was 39% vs. 27%, P = .082) for patients aged 55 to 64 years. [14][Level of evidence: 1iiDi]
The designations in PDQ that treatments are “standard” or “under clinical evaluation” are not to be used as a basis for reimbursement determinations.

hi,
My 19 year old sister was diagnosed with Blood Cancer, " Ostriy Miyloblast Leykoz" in September of this year in Uzbekistan.
Please, if anyone knows who we can ask for help, or where we should go, please advise!
thanks,
Hope

Dear Magnolia,
Sorry for not being able to respond to your message sooner. Yes, I was referred to St.Jude's Hospital. People say it's a very powerful hospital that even gives treatment free of charge to those who can not afford to pay. But, unfortunately, when i contacted them, I was told that only children under age 18 are eligible to apply for medical treatment program in their hospital. They referred me to some other meidcal centers that have programs to cure Leukemia. I am trying to contact those right now. I hope these will be more helpful.
Thank you so much for the link. I just wish they did not have such restrictions.
I hope and believe God will help us cure her from this disease!
Thank you.

Dear dauphin,
I am sorry if my post confused you. All I wanted to say is that my sister back in Uzbekistan, has recently been diagnosed with Blood Cancer and we are seeking for help to cure her. In russian, it is "Ostriy Meyloblastniy Leykoz." In English it is called Acute Myelogenuous Leukemia, which is also called Acute Myeloblastic Leukemia, Acute Granulocytic Leukemia, and Acute nonlymphocytic leukemia.
Very sorry, I could not respond back to your posts for a while. I had some problems with internet access.
Since we have a New Year coming soon, I'm thinking those of you who are in Tashkent could just drop by with some flowers and/or greeting cards. I'm sure it will make her happy and feel empowered, which is crucial while dealing with this disease. Moral support goes a long way.
PM me for details if you wish.

Dear The Reaper,
Thank you guys so much for support and attempt to help my sister. It is so kind of you all. But, my sister is going through vary difficult time. As you might be aware, most cancer patients suffer from hair loss and other things. My sister takes things close to her heart by nature. and in this kind of condition, she doesn't feel comfortable to be seen in public. We even had to return the relatives who came to visit her in the hospital. I hope you guys understand...
But, I really really appreciate your kindness. I personally, told my sister that I discovered this Uzbek Forum and so many people there are trying to help all the ways they can. She was so empowered.

I am not sure, but I heard that this kind of operations/transplants also need a quite perfectly matched donor.
I will try to find out in bristol, I know a guy who had translant a long time ago, he is from turkey, and that time, they had a big campaign back in turkey to raise money, so if anybody could help to organise something like this back in UZ, that would be great, anything will help.
Please pm me the bank details too, so we could contribute something with our family.

Dear Hamid,
Can you please give more info abt. the case of that Turkish guy. I think you are talking about Bone Marrow Transplantation. Did they find a donor? I was also told that it is one way to cure Acute Leukemia. Only, in order to do so, there is no other way, except finding donor.

New use of cord blood to treat childhood leukemia
study Fri Jan 5, 12:47 PM ET
CHICAGO (AFP) - A three-year-old leukemia victim was given a life-saving infusion of her own cord blood, marking the first time a child with this disease served as their own blood donor, American doctors said.
The little girl is now a thriving six-year-old six -- a tribute, say her doctors, to the pioneering transplant that helped her recover from radical chemotherapy.
They also commended the foresight of her parents who decided to save some of her umbilical cord on the off chance it might be needed later.
"There's a good chance the procedure saved her life. She is in remission and has an excellent chance of being cured," said Ammar Hayani, the pediatric oncologist who treated the youngster at Advocate Hope Children's Hospital in Oak Lawn, Ill.
In 2003, the little girl was diagnosed with the most common childhood cancer, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and began long-term chemotherapy treatment.
She quickly went into remission, but 10 months later the cancer was back, and this time it had spread to her spine, a worrying development that signaled the leukemia was a particularly aggressive kind that would probably not respond well to treatment, Hayani said.
Her doctors responded with a more aggressive chemotherapy protocol and full-body radiation, and then looked around for ways to replace the blood system they had wiped out.
Ordinarily they would have had to choose between a blood or bone marrow transplant from a family member or unrelated donor, but in this case, the family members were not a match.
And rather than use material from an unrelated donor, with the corresponding risk of life-long complications, they opted to take the controversial and risky step of transplanting the girl's own cord blood, which had been frozen and stored at a private blood bank several years following her birth in 1999.
"We were in unchartered territory," said Hayani. "We couldn't predict with any certainty whether the operation would be successful. We had no concrete data, but the parents felt very comfortable with it, so we went ahead."
The procedure was not without risk, because even though the cord blood was screened to ensure it did not contain any cancerous cells, the screening techniques are not 100 percent accurate, Hayani explained.
Still, the child's parents weighed the risks and gambled that their daughter's own stem cells, contained in her cord blood, would benefit her more than stem cells harvested from the bone marrow or blood of strangers.
The results so far suggest they made the right call, said Hayani who reported on the girl's case in a paper that appears in the January issue of the journal Pediatrics.
"It's hard to argue with success. Relapse seems very unlikely at this point, and she has an excellent quality of life, much better than if she had taken stem cells from a donor."

UPDATE:
Today I've received a fax from a clinic in Germany! They are ready to accept her as a patient!!
From what I read, the clinic is top notch and provides modern tools for dealing with this disease, as well as follow-up diagnostics, all individually crafted for each patient.
The clinic is called Oncology and Hematology Clinic of University of Baden-Wurttemberg.
Now, I'm waiting for some more paperwork from them.
Let's keep our fingers crossed, and hope for the best.

P.S. What a great way to start a week. :D

I am not much able to help with finances at the moment, but can do one thing, transfer funds in UK to UZb without any trasnfer charge:
There is a girl who studies medicine here in bristol, from tashkent, her parents pay her tuition fees and living expenses. So her parents need to trasnfer money(around 7000USD) every 3 months or so to the UK. In her case people in the Uk credit her account with pounds, and their familes are given USD in tashkent, samarkand, like western union, but without charges. (we have done this for people we know in london). if people want I can speak to her and organise this with her family. They will get cash and credit the account in uzb.
if not I will delete my post, and try to help myself when possible.

Guys:
a US ACCOUNT for Cancer fund raising was opened! We want to raise funds to help cover all the medical expenses of my sister's cure abroad. As it was metioned above, several Medical Clinics abroad, like in Germany, are willing to accept my sister, however the estimated costs according to the clinics are very high. That's why we need to find as much money as possible.
For those in the USA:
Please, if you are willing to help contact me for details of the US account!
We've also opened an Account in UZB., so that it's easier for people who want to help from Uzbekistan.
Also, if anyone knows any organizations that I could ask help for, please let me know! I am trying to contact all the places possible to raise funds.
Thank you all for trying to help cure my sister!!! I really appreciate it!
An enormous THANK YOU to The Reapers, Mrs.Reapers for your huge contribution!!! God bless you!

Guess,
Thanks for considering to help my sister!!! Please thank your boss and others for their kindness. We really apprecite it! I will post Malika's Medical Report Card from doctors here in forum as soon as I receive it.
Studnetin,
Thank God, Malika is doing good so far. The doctors let her take a break for couple of weeks before her next chemiotherapy procedure starts, so she is home. She has been going through chemiotherapy treatment for couple of times, that's what the doctors said they can only do right now. Due to this treatment, her health condition improved a little bit. Otherwise, in the beginning, before she received treatment, her condition was critical.
We need to take her abroad for treatment, as doctors say they can not do anything else other than doing chemiotherapy, which basically is trying to reduce further development of cancer. But, as far as I know, chemiotherapy doesn't help to cure a patient from cancer. That's why we are trying to get her treated in some other more developed country, where the treatment for Blood Cancer cure exists. But in order to do that we need to raise funds, because the clinics are requiring a huge amount of money. As far as I know, nothing has been accumulated in the account that we opened for Malika, except for $2,000 that was found by The Reapers.
[B]Guys, if you know any organizations/people that you think might donate, or help raise funds, please help us out to reach them!!! Your help would be highly appreciated by all of us!
Please help us cure Malika from this disease!

The reason she said what she said is because medical advice should be left to doctors. As far as I'm concerned, Vezunchik doesn't have necessary credentials to be giving out medical advices.
I understand that he said that with the best intentions in mind, but let's stay on topic. No harm no foul.

Small recordings, gathered in one place.
We will give Hope`s contacts for people to contact her and donate.
Someone starts, then the rest put up their videos as a response to that one. We really can get a lot of videos together. And everywhere, just a short speech asking for help. It is easy, and it can work.
P.S. Within forum, we will make sure everybody reads and reacts.

if somebody organises PAYPAL account for Hope, I will transfer 60 UK pounds today (bank trasnfer to UZ will cost me around 10-15 UK pounds, that is why i prefer paypal). That is the max I can give at the moment, but waitng for some cash to come into my account, will see how much we could help.
I will hope all people wil contribute something, even a 1$, then they will have some money in their hands.
When I organised a help for a family in samarkand, MegaZ had a paypal account, where I transferred some money, It was not a great help, but for that family it was a huge lift up.
Please people, eveerybody who reads through this thread, try to contribute something.

Paypal thing is a good idea. Let's have one of our distinguished members give his/her Paypal ID so that money will be accumulated in their account, and then wire transferred to the bank account in UZ.
As for the video thing, I'm not sure...

Moya sestronka, Malika, shas prohodit himiyuterapiyu. That's a lot of different kinds of drugs. I do not think doctors would allow to take other drugs in addition to this. But, i will try to find out what kind of drug it is. Thanks for info abt. garlic. I'll make sure to tell them abt. it.
Since she is going thru Chemitherapy, we really need to find blood, specifically "trambotsiti", for her as soon as possible. Malika's has a II(-) blood type, it is a little difficult to find this type.

I opened Pay Pal account some time ago. But, I did not quite understand how to use it. I also opened a US account in Wachovia, as a Cancer fund, and emalied the account details to those who wanted to donate, but I did not get any response back. Then, somebody told me that there is a charge even for transferring money within the US. I suppose it is better if I would give my mailing address, so that those willing to donate could just send a check instead of transferring money into account, if that's better way for some.
I also need to ask Resident to explain me in details how should I get the Pay Pal account to work. Let me figure out this, and I will post Pay pal account details here.
As for privacy about making a video, I do not care about privacy. I am ready to do anything, only so that my sister recovers from Cancer.
I was trying to get "My sister's case" announced in the Newspaper, but was not able to accomplish it yet. I am not sure how I can reach those people who work for Newspapers here in the US. It could greatly help if people would here about it, and maybe there would be somebody among them who could help us!
Please PM me if you can donate. I will send either the PayPal, or Wachovia account details, or my mailing address. Whichever way is convinient to you!
Thank you all for your HUGE help, and support! I really appreciate that.
Saida.

Assalomu alaykum.
Hurmatli forum ishtirokchilari, bu masaladagi tushunmovchiliklar va pul yuborish muammosi ko'pchilikni qiynayapti.
Menga shunday taklif bilan murojaat qilishdi, lekin qanchalik "effektiv" ekanligini bilmayman.
"Hope" ga beminnat yordam bermoqchi bo'lganlarga men hisob raqamimni beraman, pulni mening UK dagi bank hisob raqamimga o'tkazsin.(Halifax yoki Natwest bank)
Men pulni O'zbekistonga tanishlarimga yuboraman, tanishlarim Hope ga olib borib berishadi.
P.s: Fikrimni ma'qullaganlar menga PM qilsin, Acc.detaillarimni beraman.

menimcha bu yerga aniqliklar kiritishimiz kerak.
Masalan menga R. Azimovning schetiga pul qoyish ham, paypal orqali jonatish ham oson. Lekin bu asnoda chargelarni minimal qilishga qarasak, R.A. ning schetiga qoyganim yahshi boladi.
Hope'dan sorasak, agar rozi bolsa hamma UK dagi donationlarni R.A. ning accountlari orqali qilsak, US dagilarni Hope'ning ozining accounti'dan, shunda hech qanday confusion bolmaydi degan umiddaman.
R.A. Menga natwest accountingizning detallarini PM ga jonatvoring, bugun yoki kechi bilan ertaga qoyishga harakat qilaman.

Hammaga Salom!
Men Hope ga yozib yubordim malumotlarni kimda kim pul o`tkazmoqchi bo`lsa Hope ga pm yozinglar va e-mail adresingizni hamda qancha pul o`tkazmoqchiligingizni aniq summasini yo`zib yuboring keyin sizga Hope money request jo`natib yuboradi! Va o`sha borgan e-mail orqali siz pulni o`tkazaverasiz.
Ikkinchi usuli sizda paypal accountingiz bo`lishi kerak yoki paypal account oching va Hopega pm yozing va paypal e-mailiniso`rang paypal e-mailni olganingizdan so`ng Send Money degan option bor shu orqali jo`nataverasiz.
Diqqat pul jo`natayotganingizda albatta cash advanceni tanlang va Hope sizga request money jo`natganda ham cash advanceni tanlaydi!
Shuning uchun debit card orqali to`lagan maqul , credit card ishlatmanglar chunki cash advance uchun credit card tomonidan charge qilinishi mumkin! Bu holat agar credit cardingizda cash advance uchun fee yo`q bo`lsa mustasno!
PayPal account ochish uchun ushbu joydan kiramiz
PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_registration-run)
Kimda sav ol bo`lsa shu erda qoldiring yoki menga pm jo`nating!

PayPal tekin pul to`layotganlarga.
Pul qabul qilivchiga ham tekin bazi limitlari bor lekin limitdan oshgan holda ham juda ham oz miqdorda pul ushlab qoladi.
Oldin o`sha limitga yetib olaylik keyin qolgani bir gap bo`ladi.

R.A. will not charge for this, this is for sure, he will try to get the best exchange rate, and send the money through somebody.
or as I posted before, there is a girl studying medicine here, so if they want to transfer money from here, I will organise it straight away. ( I have organised to send some 3000 usd last week for somebody thruugh her)
SO please people in the UK, start donating and there won't be any problems transferring the money to Uzbekistan, with inshaAllah no charge for any services.

Ok, I will.
But I must have knowledge before I let my people know it. So, to whom I must contact to learn bank and paypal accounts? To R. Azimov or Hope? Or both? Answer asap.

Guys,
Thank you so much for helping me organize this fundraiser!
For those people who want to donate money for my sister's (Malika) Cancer treatment via PayPal, here is my PayPal account email: saida_uzb@yahoo.com, or if you would like you can just PM me your own PayPal email address, and the exact amount of money you want to donate. Then I will send Request Money to you via PayPal. You will need to chose Cash Advance when you will be sending in money.
I am currently in US, hence if it is more convinient for some of you to transfer money to my Wachovia account or just send a check to my mailing address, please PM me or email me at: saida_uzb@yahoo.com. I will send the details.
Otherwise, you can just send it to R.Azimov's Bank account if it is better way! He said he would deliver it to my family in Uzbekisan.
My phone# in Uzbekistan: 396-38-48
and the Girl's name who has Blood Cancer is Malika. I will post here in forum medical reports confirming her illness with Cancer.
Thank you all for your help! Me and my family really appreciate your big contribution for my sister's treatment!
I pray God gives her cure!!!
