do they stamp passport or visa when you leaving switzerland?
i know that they stamp the back of the page with visa on arrival but i forgot do they stamp it when you leaving switzerland ...?

Nope, far from it. Only those countries that control emigration of their own citizens put stamps on passports on leave. Many countries are not bothered about it, because a country where people leave for will have a border control where they stamp on arrival. In Britain, for example, they don't stamp. Thinking logically, if every country stamps on arrival, then there is no point to stamp on departure, unless it's for internal passport control.

Especially if it is just tourist or visit Visa(not working one for long period). Swiss are very concerned about the migration of people, so they want to count how much people came and left the country.
Before you come to CH check with the embassy, I think they simply forgot to do it (or you had a multiple entry Visa?). Normally they are very strict with regulations ;)

i had a multiple entry tourist visa. i remember i handed my passport to the border control officer and she gave it back, i dont remember why she didnt stamp it...

I don't think they put a stamp on departure. I even asked the officer to put a stamp (because my visitor visa was for 3 months and duration period was 30 days). She said not to bother about the stamp.
