Recently I encountered a shirt made in Turkmenistan /in local Wal-Mart superstore, Alabama/.
Did any one see goods made in Uzbekistan, sold in US? That would be interesting.

I didn't see anything made in Uzbekistan but I saw raincoat in GAP made in Russia.

Carpets ne shitayutsya :) they are specialty goods :) (Sorry Sanik - I am trying to be a smartass :) ) Really has anyone seen anything in regular stores like KMart / Target? I've seen bunch of stuff on ebay - that doesn't count and few Uzbek CDs (made in Germany :( or :) daje ne znayu smeyatsya ili plakat'...)

And if not WHY NOT? We can't produce even cheap shit?

guyds those Buxara carpets are only Buxara designm they are made in cheap labor countries like in India, original carpets in the wests are rare.
