In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

How do you interpret these Surah? Any opinion.

"And fight in the way of Allah those who fight you. But do not transgress limits. Truly Allah loves not the transgressors."
Al-Baqarah (2:190)

"O ye who believe!... [do not] kill yourselves, for truly Allah has been to you Most Merciful. If any do that through agression and injustice, soon shall We cast him into the Fire..." (Qur'an 4:29-30).

How are we supposed to interpret the LIMITS when it comes to suicide in fighting those who kill muslims? ( I am totally excluding suicide bombings where innocent people die, be it muslim or non-muslim. I am concerned, when it is done(suicide attack) to the ONLY party who is directling fighting/killing muslims)

In the second quote it forbids suicide, HOWEVER it forbids this act (only) when it is commited through agression and injustice. Does it mean that it can also be commited through just and non-agressive way? (by non-agressive and just, i mean fighting only those who are directly guilty of killing innocent muslims, cuz in the above quote it is allowed to fight/kill who fight innocent muslims, thus considered as just)

In other words the surah talks about the suicide that is punished only if it is done through agression and injustice, what if it is done through just and fair cause?

One example, i have watched a tape of an iraqi woman who had been held in prison by americans (i couldnt find it anymore on youtube). Basically she was telling the events happened in that prison. Some american prison guards used to come to her cell and to the cells of the other iraqi women and rape them continously(group rape) every day. Prison guards used to beat them if they resist, and they resisted as much as they could (so they got beaten quite brutally). One day she was saying a girl from the next cell (girl was a teenage) was crying and hitting her own head against the wall, so she could bleed to death or somehow wound herself to die eventually and she died. The reason she did that suicide act was cuz she was raped and savagely beaten non-stop for several days and she coudn't bear it anymore (physical, psychological/mental failure). Observing these events a muslim brother outside the prison couldnt stand and planned a bomb attack onto that prison, a suicide attack. The attack was done directly to the party who was guarding the prison and doing or protecting those atrosities commited against muslims women. The guy also died.

Now are these people, a teenage girl and attacker guy, considered agressive and injust suicide commiters who will be thrown into hell fire?????

pls share your thoughts
