Do i need addtional visa to get into Kyrgyzstan if i have an uzbek tourist visa?

It's under jurisdiction of Kyrgyzstan and therefore, you need Kyrgyz visa!

Osh is the second largest city ni kyrgyztan. yes, you do need a kyrgyz visa

You also need to get that visa before you get to the border. You can get it before you go or in Tashkent.
