Guys don't take my previous message too personal. My words came from my recent observations in Tashkent city.
I am not going to put a blame on anyone for that, but our values, in general, is in decline equally among young men and women. I guess cold breezes of wild capitalism, corruption, and poor social policies are among the major causes of a noticeable change in our manners and lifestyle in general.
Mirzabek, Studentin, actually, no girl ever left me, she was forcibly married to another guy who just happened to be richer than me.
How often do you guys read contemporarypoems in Uzbek? If you have little time for this, no worries, you are not missing much. I can tell you what they are about:
1. Ridiculously fake patriotic mandatory "poems".
2. Plain sobbings about a guy or a girl who could not marry his/her loved one because his/her parents had someone better (I mean richer!) for them.
I know many forum users who could not marry their ideal girls because the girl's parents had other plans for them!
