BTW government is planning to sell UzbekTelecom to foreigners.
If I am not mistaken it was mentioned in The Times of Central Asia.
P.S. I could not reach my folks on the New Years eve, too.

A ya dozvonilsya v posledniy raz v 1 chas nochi 31 dekabrya ( 23 chasa do novogo goda) no posle 2 minut oborvalos i bolshe ne smog soyedenitsya.
