Both your Mum and Wife are sick, U had been told that All Hospital Expenses would cost your $200, and you have only $100. If you dont pay $200 , either your mum or wife will die.
Doctor is asking you: So are you gonna pay for wife or mum?

P.S you dont have other options like loan/friend/borrowing money and etc...

Weird situation, it is even more weird that a wife is seen as a valid opponent against mothers. Not only wife, absolutely everything else is not worth even just the risk of losing a mother.
