Have you ever been in uzb? If yes, you'd know difference, and you would not ask this kinda questions.
If no, Yes! I'm the biggest hockey fan! :)

i donno about medical staff, but if u really want to come to canada, just do ur best, the easiest way to geta canadian visa is to finda univer, that is. u have to be enrolled and show ur sufficient funds to cover that period ur gonna face here. i came to the dental school for some masters degree, they provided me with all papers which that high comission staff listed me when i called them, and that's it. you people should decide what u want first and then all's gonna clear, they'll do that paper work for you themselves. simple, u'll get a visa if everything u doin is correct, not smth like "art works" as some students show from uzb to go to the states or somewhere else.

First of all, I would like to say that free medical is not that good in Canada, I rather pay money and get good and professional service.
Regarding getting medical for a student visa, I assume that you will have to get it done. Canadian Embassy is pretty strict and for any legal programme that you apply for you will be requested to pass the medical exam (the blood samples, x-rays, etc will be sent to London for the final examination and after to the Embassy for the decision). Most of the time, if you will be approved for a visa, that's when you will be requested to have the medical examination done. Citizens of UZB apply for any visa at the Canadian Embassy in Moscow.

As far as living in Canada, I liked it, but personally US is better......

The question: How can an Uzbekistani Citizen apply for a student visa while in Uzbekistan. Do they have to go to another country or postal application will do?

Dear colleague,

The Canadian Embassy in Moscow covers the countries of Russia, Armenia and Uzbekistan, and also provides visa services to residents of Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

Would they receive Postal Application, I could never fin it out ... in fact, I called them few days ago but they don't have real person on the other side.

Could you find out if the embassy accept application via postal service too?

Yes, they receive Applications and fees via Pony Express courier company and the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

I got my first Canadian student visa when I was in New York.

They did not require medicals there. I think it depends on a country of your residence at the time of applying for the visa.
