In recent times I am having trouble with my weight. It seems like anything I eat or drink is causing me to put on more weight. It is frustrating experience, especially when you buy closes and after to month you realise that they do not fit you anymore......
I am sure I am not the only one in this forum who is struggling to control his weight. What is your experience with this? Let us share our thoughts on this. Is anyone on a diet now?

Probably, it is the age factor and sedentary life-style. Men get extra weight :)
Try this:
1) No morning plovs
2) No food after 6 pm.
3) Daily 1h jogging (20-30 km weekly)
4) Daily abs'ing

Well, I guess it would be more asppropriate if we say "physically inactive" lifestyle. Because occational moving from one city/country to another can hardly help anyone to controal his/her weight.
Men and women get extra weight. :)
Try this:

I can't recall when I ate plov in the morning last time. Actually I hate eating plov in the morning.
Do you have some personal experience in this area? Are sure hunger is going to help whole a lot? Because according to what I did, you do lose some weight by temporary food anstination, but eventuallly will gain it back with some extra kilos.....That is why I gave up trying this one.

Yeap, I was 83 Kg in January 2006. Now it is only 72. I had a beer-belly. :)
You need to control your hunger. Hunger is a feeling and in general it can loosen after 30 minutes. It is really difficult during first weeks, but soon a person can get used to this. No food after 6 pm.
Also it is better to have short coffee-breaks every second hour, rather than eating a lot at one sitting. Then u won't feel hungry (but for sure 1h jogging will give you extra-strong hunger :) )

Muhlis, age matters. After age of 20-25 the metabolism usually changes. Your body is no more as of teenager.
If you already gained a weight, the only way to lose it quick is sport, like running, swimming etc (stamina). Be sure that if you run less than 15-20 minutes with less than 120 h/m puls it is useless, since the fat begins burning after this period, when the glucose in your muscles is burning. It means for effectivness you need at least 15-20 plus 15-20 minutes of heating =30-40min. at least 3 time a week.
After training (better in the evening after 18:00) do not eat too much or do not eat at all. Eat better fruits and drink water. Reduce fat, sugar carbohydrate-based food: rice, pasta etc. They produce fat.
First two weeks it is really hard to get used to forcing yourself. But after this period you will feel that you really need and like it.
Too much coffe is also not good, for your health and your diet(calories) both
If you follow above rules you will see the effect in 3-4 weeks for sure.

Tolik and nemets are right! And one more important thing - drink water and lots of water - more than a 1l a day. You'll loose your pounds quicker.

Grapefruit juice is better than still water :) Grapefruit is a fat burner!

MUHLIS, I forgot to mentioned that you need to drink Magnesium because sweating during jogging will flush the elements from you organism. If you don't take Margnesium you gonna have muscle problems. Also after jogging stretch your leg muscles for 20-30 seconds (otherwise u will have a problems with your back).

Peyte vodu mineralnuyu i bez gaza i v ochen bolshih kolichestvah. Sovetuetsa vsegda pri sebe nosit butilochku vo vremya sporta i vezde.

Eat everything but little, walk fast for 1 hour. This is how I did. And I lost 30 kilos, thanks God. Amen.
