First of all you have to be admitted to the College and get an I-20 form,then pay SEVIS fee make sure to get reciept( original one or whatever)So the other important thing is I-94.When you were leaving US did you give it to the immigration officer?If not,you might have a problem.So if you did transfer things don't worry it will be OK.

Bahtli napisal mne na private po povodu I-94 ,chto on seychas v Tashkente i on ne otdal immigration officer I-94 kogda on pokinul stranu(US) ne otdav I-94.Ya dumayu chto vozmojno eto problema.Ti je ne hochesh riskovat.ne tak li?Esli u tebya passporte est shtamp(imeetsya vidu that you entered Uzbekistan) to vse normalno,no esli ti bil US ti je znaesh ih you'll have to have any kind of document to prove that you left US.

If you had J1 with 2 year home stay requirement, but you lost my I-94 form when u were returning home after finishing J1 programm. this year you got F1 came back to contunue ur studies. I heard it is important to save I-94 form for future records to show what date you arrived. do u think it is gonna be problem with that if you are trying to keep track the days you have been in Uzbekistan?
do you think you will still have 2 year requirement? is there any way to get waiver?

I 94 formani US dan chiqib ketyotganda topshirib chiqib ketasiz agar topshirmasangiz sizni chiqib ketganigiz US dan belgilanmay qolgan hisoblanadi.
Buni O`zbekistonga borgandan keyin elchihona orqali US dan chiqib ketgan vaqtingizni belgilatib qo`ysa bo`ladi. Umuman agar paspoortdagi kirdi chiqdi muhrlarga ham qaraydi consul.
PS.Savolga ucha tushunmadim ozgina yana bir qaytarvoring tushunganimcha javob yozdim.

agar iloji bosa batafsil tushintirip berin
balki mani MDB notori chungandur,qatga kegani kontekstan chunsa bolardi,va muoamo ketip qaitip kelish edi,vaholanki man hali ketmagan edim
