There are uzbeks, kyrgyz and tajiks in Sogd

I read a book called "Bozkurtlarin Olumu" It was about fall of Gokturk Empire.
There was a race called Sogdaks(Sogds)in that book and writer said that they are not Turks. That's why I asked these thanks

some soghds assimilated into uzbeks and some of them became tajiks. they are ancient people who had been assimilated into others.

Yes, you are right, sogdians are ancient iranian people, sogdian belongs to the eastern iranian branch of aryan languages, this language is very similar to the language of Holly book of Avesta, its very closly related to Pahlavi language. Today this language is spoken in Tajikistan, mainly by very small number of people called Yagnobis, their language today called new sogdian, they have an alphabete based on sirillic. Most of the tajiks today are the sogdians who speak persian- tajiki language.
