Hurmatli forumdoshlar,:D
orangizda F1 visa bilan USda o'qiyotgan va oila a'zolarizdan birortasini US ga taklif qilib olib kelganlar bormi, ozgina muddatga bo'lsa ham?

men boshqa threadlarni ko'rib chiqdim, lekin menga to'laroq ma'lumot kerakligi uchun yangi thread ochdim.

Qanaqa sabablar ko'rsatish mumkin invitation letterda?
yana qanaqa doclar tayyorlash kere?
what things can be done to make this process easier and quicker?
if u have done this or heard something about it from somebody who had hands-on experience, please share ur valuable info here.

thanks in advance, ur help is greatly appreciated:D

agar ota onangiz ancha vaqtan beri ko'rmagan bo'lsa unda yahshi sabab desa bo'ladi, keyin kuchli sabablardan beri yosh bolalar, yahshi maoshlik ish, nedvizhimost' (uy, kvartira, firma owneri, mashina, gruzovik traktorlar, jamoa ho'jaligi, ferma, har hil yer sotib olingan bo'lsa, mashina, lyuboy bussinessga qarashli nedvizhimost', non do'kon, benzokolonka, derzhatel' akcii koroche vsyo chto imeet cennost'), qari ota-ona va yana qaytaraman yosh bolalar, er, hotin, valyutniy schyot va hoqazo.

If you are a student and want to invite your parents to visite you, there are no specific procedures for that.
Just send to your parents a paper or official statement from you University or College that you have been a full time student for the last year or so, that they need to show at the embassy in Uzbekistan.
The only good reason that your parents can give is that they haven't seen you for a long time and they would want to visite you for a month or so.
What embassy can do is check your curent status in the US if you are legal full time student and if you are really attending this Uni/College. However, it might take pretty long time. I have seen situations when embassy would hold passports of the applying person untill they are done with checking. In this case they need to keep bugging embassy to make the process go faster.

Do not forget, they also need statements from their jobs and their bank accounts, which really depends if they ask for this. Sometimes they never ask for this information.

Anyway, Good luck!

90% of the time your parents can get visa if you are graduating soon and you are inviting them for your graduation;
You can also invite your sister or brother to visit you but not all family members at the same time. ( remember, legally you can invite all your family members, but US embassy may refuse to give them visa)
Good luck ,

forex,
I am a single F1 student, who wants to invite her brother to the US. He has a family and 2 kids. Can't invite my parents, cause I do not want them travel for long way. it is too hard for them..

shunchun, rosa yahshi bir reason topishim kere, akamlani op kelishga, arzimagan bir ikki kamchilik bilan refusal olishlarini hohlamayman. hamma doclari puhta qib, hamma tomonlarini hisobga olishni hohlayman topshirishdan avval.

shunchun iltimos, topshirganlar bo'sa iltimos nimalarga ko'pro e'tibor bere? yana hamma ota-onasini taklif qilgan ekan, aka-ukalarni taklif qilganlar ham bormi orangizda?

thanks alot in advance:D

Prince, hali bitirishimga ancha borda:( . I am not gonna invite all of them, just one brother. but, can not think of very good reason for it.

another question: do I have to write invitation letter? or the letter, which I will get from my Uni will be enouhg?

forex,
I am a single F1 student, who wants to invite her brother to the US. He has a family and 2 kids. Can't invite my parents, cause I do not want them travel for long way. it is too hard for them. I believe it's not easy to travel for someone, who has high blood pressure.

rosefire,
best option would be for your brother to apply for US visa together with your mother. This way,he can say that he will be accompanying your mother. They can say that she is not able to travel alone and needs somebody by her side. Also, your brother can say that he is married and has two kids and will not overstay in the US.
get an enrollment letter from your institution stating that you are a full-time student. If you are about to graduate, you can invite them to your graduation.
But,under no circumstances should he apply alone,he will most likely be rejected.

Do u think

I think he has a chance to get visa but as I said before send him some statement from your college/univer. stating that you are full-time student for those 6 months or so. As forex said, it would be better if he applies together with your mother, then he would have more chances to get visa than if he applies alone. Becuase there so many males/husbands that left they families back In Uzbekistan and went to US to work. He himself needs to present also bank statement or some kinda information about his job that supports him and his family enough to come back. Good luck!
