I totally agree with Odil Ruzaliev's opinions, that is definatelly a good paper regarding the matter... I also know that almost all Anatolian and Azeri Turks would agree with his opinions...

However, the opinions of other Turkics regarding this paper aren't less important than the above mentioned Turkics, if we are talking about a real Turkic union... Then, the question should be, for instance, what are the Ozbeks' opinion about this paper? I recommend you to open the same thread on other forums where our Ozbek brothers mostly participate because vast majority of the Turks participating Turkistan forum would already agree with the ideas promoted in this paper...
