1) Attorney to help formation of a non profit organization
2) Any other monetary or volontering work.

We own a 3 story building in Hamid Olimgon 13 Street.
Now being used as a "Back Street" Cafe and "Burda" - Hair Saloon. We Have large kitchen and can easily accomodate up to 100 homeless kids of Uzbekistan.

It is a fantastic idea to establish an orphange in Uzbekistan. However, the amount of information you have provided us hasn't convinced us enough to show or offer our support. Give us some more information. What exactly help do you need in establishing a non profit organization(NPO)? Have u tried contacting the organizations who assist with company/organization formation, registration etc.? Are you sure you that you can run this NPO while Uzbek government has been closing down all NPOs, especially american ones? Do you have any website so that we can learn more about " Global Investors Group Corporation " in USA?
