I also like all sorts of fish and seafood, everything was has been mentioned already in this thread, including sushi and overall sashimi.
I also like oysters very much, they are relatively cheap here in England. I don't eat them crude but put them in the microwave instead.
I also eat much tropical fish from sea or from freshwater from Bangladesh and Burma. So-called Asian supermarkets sell them. Those supermarkets also sell "fish massala" (spicy fish). That is mainly the standard fish from the North Sea but in a spicy marinade.

Grilled Whole Fish with Roasted Tomato-Chile Sauce
Sauce:
2 pounds ripe tomatoes
3 serrano chiles, stemmed
¼ cup coarsely chopped white onion
3 garlic cloves, chopped
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 ½ teaspoons fine sea salt
Fish:
1 3 to 3 ½ pound whole red snapper, head and scales removed, fish cleaned, butterflied
¼ cup canola oil
1 teaspoon dried Mexican oregano
2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
12 5 to 6 inch diameter warm corn tortillas
For Sauce:
Line heavy large skillet with foil. Place tomatoes and chiles in skillet; cook over medium-high heat until skins begin to blister and blacken in spots, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes for tomatoes and 10 minutes for chiles. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Peel tomatoes; transfer to processor. Add chiles, onions, and garlic. Blend until coarse puree forms. Transfer sauce to bowl. Stir in cilantro, parsley, and salt. (Can be prepared 4 hours ahead. Cover and chill.)
For Fish:
Prepare barbeque (medium-high heat) or preheat broiler. Rinse fish inside and out with cold water; pat dry. Open fish flat, like a book. Rub fish inside and out with oil; sprinkle inside with oregano, salt, and pepper. If grilling, place fish, opened flat, in grill basket. If broiling, place fish, opened flat, on oiled rimmed baking sheet. Grill fish just until opaque in center, about 6 minutes per side.
Using spatula, transfer fish to platter. Sprinkle with lime juice; serve with tomato sauce and warm corn tortillas.

Malaysian fish laksa
A traditional Malaysian laksa (noodle soup) with tender fish pieces, rice noodles, vegetables and a variety of authentic spices and seasonings.
ingredients
2 tablespoons peanut or canola oil
1 onion—finely chopped
2 cloves garlic—finely chopped
2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon finely chopped lemon zest
Ѕ teaspoon shrimp paste
2Ѕ cups chicken stock
1Ѕ cups coconut milk
1Ѕ teaspoons ground turmeric
Ѕ teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon sambal oelek (or Ѕ teaspoon chili powder)
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon tamarind puree (or 1 tablespoon lemon juice)
1 teaspoon salt
3 Ѕ oz (100g) rice stick noodles (or, if available, use laksa noodles)
12 oz (180g) firm oily fish fillets (such as mackerel or swordfish)—cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup bean sprouts
1 scallion (spring onion)—thinly sliced on the diagonal
A handful of fresh cilantro (coriander)—stems removed
1 small fresh red chili—finely diced
Method
HEAT the oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat. ADD the onion and cook for 2 minutes, then add the garlic and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. ADD the ginger, lemon zest, shrimp paste and cook for 1 minute, stirring to dissolve the shrimp paste. ADD the stock, coconut milk, turmeric, coriander, sambal oelek, sugar, tamarind and salt, stir to combine, and bring to the boil. REDUCE the heat to reach a rolling simmer and cook, uncovered, for 6 minutes. WHILE the laksa simmers, soak the noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes. LADLE the laksa broth over the top and serve immediately.

Calamari with Thai Basil, Onions, Garlic and Ginger
1 lb cleaned squid
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 or 4 new onions, cut lengthwise (or yellow onions, cut vertically in crescents)
1-1/2" piece of ginger, peeled and sliced in thin coins
2 T Chinese fermented black bean sauce
1/4 C dry sherry
1-1/2 tsp corn starch
1/4 C Thai basil, chopped
2 tsp sesame oil
Separate the tentacle clusters from the squid bodies if that hasn't been done already. Cut the squid bodies lengthwise in strips. It they are more than 4" long, cut them in half. Blanch the squid for one minute in boiling salted water, then rinse in cold water and let drain in a collander.
Stir fry the onions for a minute or two in a tablespoon of oil in a hot wok or heavy skillet. When they just start to turn translucent, add the ginger and garlic and toss for another minute. Add the squid and toss for another minute, then add the black bean sauce. Stir the corn starch into the sherry and add the mixture to the pan. Then cook just long enough for the sauce to thicken slightly, about another minute. Stir in the basil and the sesame oil and serve at once, with plain white rice.

Sushi: A Surprising Health Food
Are you a sushi fanatic or do you have trouble getting past the thought of eating raw fish? Well, it turns out that our national indulgence in this tasty and visually enticing treat from Japan may also be good for our health.
Sushi is generally made with white rice and sweet rice vinegar, fresh vegetables, seaweed, sesame seeds, and cooked or raw seafood. Like many other Japanese foods, sushi tends to be low in fat, cholesterol, and calories.
In addition, sushi that has seafood as an ingredient is often an excellent source of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, which lower the risk of blood clots and decrease triglyceride levels.
The fresh vegetables in most sushi also have essential vitamins and minerals. The seaweed wrapping for these rolls is rich in micronutrients and phytochemicals.
A few cautions if you are an avid sushi eater but have high blood pressure or are pregnant or nursing. Sushi made with seaweed tends to be a little higher in sodium, as is the soy sauce that each piece is dipped in.
Too much sodium in the diet contributes to high blood pressure. And if you are pregnant or nursing, be sure to avoid sushi made from fish, either raw or cooked. The raw fish may carry unwanted bacteria and any sushi made from fish, whether cooked or uncooked, is likely to contain high levels of mercury.
