Green Card

I'm hearing rumors that Tashkent airport authorities are giving troubles to people who travel to uzb-n with Green card. I'm assuming they are trying to get some money out of people who come to airport to fly out but airport authorities tell them that they cannot fly out because they need to cancel their registration first (vipiska na PMJ). So, people just pay them off and fly anyway?

Any comments, please?

P.S. I got green card two years ago and travelled NY-Tas-NY in 2005 and 2006 without any problems. Not sure to trust new rumors or not?
