Salam,

I have graduated from a university in the UK, and can't find a job. I am either told that the company does not accept applications from non EUs, or when applied to a large company (such as PWC) I am rejected.

What do you recommend me to do?

Peace,

I.Q.

where did you apply for a job?
if you applied in UK, they have no right to tell it. EU-companies can not reject a graduated person.

EU companies (at least in Germany) can only accept applicants from Non-EU, if they outperform local candidates in skills or experience, or have skills which a native or a EU citizen cannot provide. That is regulated in European Law.

P.S. PWC does accept foreigners, but only good and very good applicants. Afterwards they also supply you with a work permit etc.

in the EU laws, company owner / authors / managers can not reject applicants.
if you have residence&work permit
if you are qualified
if you are graduated (in any eu country-university)

----------

if you are rejected, you have right to seek for your rights even i the european court of human rights

---

but if you have no enough experience what the company looking for, then they have right to reject. but the company must to prove the reason.

It depends on what type of diploma BAC or MBA?

So that is not easy to get a job from PWC or others.

Which is you need contact with job center and there are a lot agencies to provide you with job if you are still on Resident Permit (student visa), or you need to apply work permit or you've got the work permit?

Its better to to go back home than apply as skilled worker to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada. i just recommend you which is can be for you best way i think or it is your choice.

I didnt know that you have your own successful business, where you dont have to use english. But still hard, very hard. How are are you gonna communicate with other CEOs?:D
you have looser's position: you'd better position yourself in such a way that these CEOs will try hard to communicate with you!

if all of those parameters have to be or only one of them?I better clearify:

facts:
if you are already living in the eu (with work&residence permit)
if you are graduated and/or educated in the eu

they can't reject you.
They must have a great reason for to reject.

reasons can be:
have no enough language skills
have no enough experience

but if you already have great language skills and enough work experience (ps. trainings, master etc..), and still you are rejected; then you can seek for your rights ;)

It really does not matter if you are foreigner or native of that country.

prospective employer can always find the reason that you are not qualified for a job

Unfortunately in UK there is unwritten law;
Companies must employ EU graduates first then other foreigners. But if you got MBA at least, you mustn`t have problem (:(::(:(:(
