Hi guys,
I apologize in advance if this issue already discussed in other post/thread.
Ukam UKga language coursega hujjat yigib yurib bitta ikkita ozi uchun nokulay bolgan malumotlarni topib keldi. Sizlar bilan shu gaplar kanchalik tugriligini tekshirib kormokchi edik.
1)
Aytishlaricha, hozir Toshkentdagi UK embassy, 2 oylik visalar ham issue kivotti ekan. (Ilgari 1 oylik okishga ham 6 oylik visa issue kilar edi). Shu tugrimi?
2) Bu ikki oylik visani extend kilish imkoni yok emish. Lekin 6 oylik kurs bolib 6 oyga visa olinsa uni extend kilsa bolar emish. Is it true?
3) Finally, aytishlaricha hozirgi student visalarga toshkentdagi embassy kandaydir pechat uradi (work is not allowed deganmie) va bu visa sohibi UKda umuman ishlay olmas ekan. Fakat u visasini HOME OFFICE orkali extend kilayotganda shu restriction olib tashlanar ekan va shundan keyingina bola ishlay olar ekan? How true is this info?
Kotta rahmat oldindan!!!

With a visit visa you can usually enter and leave the UK any number of times while the visa is still valid. The Entry Clearance Officer (ECO) may occasionally limit a visa so that it is valid for only one or two entries. You cannot stay for longer than six months on each visit. Visit visas can be valid for six months, one year, two years, five years or ten years. You can apply for a visa valid for any of these periods. The ECO may decide to make your visa valid for a shorter time than you have asked for, for example if you are not a regular traveller or have never visited the UK before.

Wrong! There is no 2 mth visa to be issued by the GB Consulate.

Adashmang iltimos. Agar bilmasangiz unda boshqalarga javob berish imkonini bering. Siz yozgan birinchi savolga "javob" (embassynisaytidan olingan) u visit visa uchun. Zafar esa sizdan student visa haqida so'rayaptilar.
Darhaqiqat, hozir short-time visa paydo bo'lgan BE, Tashkent da. Uni siz etgandek 6 oygacha bo'lgan muddatli o'qishga ketvotgan studentlaga berishi mumkin. Lekin bu 6 oygacham bo'lgan o'qishga faqat shunaqa visa beradi degani emas. Meni 2 ta tanishim bir hil doklar bilan 1 oylik o'qishga 6 oylik visalar olishgan, 3-siga esa huddi shu doklar bilan 50 kunga visa qo'yib bergan ECO. Endi, bu holda ham huddi shunga o'hshash. Hohlasa extension is not valid visa beradi agar shubhalanmasdan visa bersa unda oddiy visa olish ham mumkin, alloh subhana va taolo nasib qigani bo'ladi. kecha bitta bola visa oldi, man eshittim, 1 oylik o'qishga oddiy student visa beripti. Yana bittasi usha siz etvotgan, cho'zdirib bo'lmidigan visa opti (Irlandiyada oldin shunaqa visalar edi). qogan narsalani hozircha bilmayman agar bilsam yozvorarman

I'm not wrong. Right, I have copied the info from the GB Embassy site as it is the official info. I replied to his question that there is no 2 month visa to be issued by the consulate. Usually when you apply for a short term student visa or whatsoever, you will be issued at least 6 month visa. It does not mean that you are able to stay 6 months. It means from the visa issued date till visa expire date you are able to enter the UK. You can enter the UK the last date of visa eligibility either. On the border the ECO will put your stay limit in UK based on your purpose.
That's what I tried to explain this guy.

Well. I have some knowledge relating to UK visa.
I replied to his question that there is no 2 month visa to be issued by the consulate
Above mentioned is not ture acctually. Consul can give you a visa even for 1 month. there is no such thing as "if i apply for 2month course, then consul must give me visa valid for 6 months".
You can enter the UK the last date of visa eligibility either. Migration officers will not let you do this if you are a student. (If it's the first visit).
BTW, I am not arguing. I'm sharing an information that might be helpful for some of you guys, who intends to apply for the UK visa. :)

Yes, right you're! Errare humanum est! :)
I have confused a student visa with a visitor one. A student visa is issued on the duration of your course or study.

Is there any news from recent applicants? A friend's friend is appllying next week. All the paperwork are done rather excellent, how is the mood in the embassy?

is rather bad, Guardian.
I have seen 4-5 refuses lately, they all have the same reason. (on the balance of the probabilities, I don't believe you come back to Uzbekistan {also that you take full-time job})

What for those guys (who got refuse) applied: visitor or student?
And do you think it is related to the case (which I heard recently) that Uzbek guys killed an Englishman in London?
