I do not see it's a reasonable idea! It's more difficult to get a visa in a third country instead of ur homeland.
Do you really wanna get a UK temporary visa?
Just PM me your real intention of getting a visa and I might recommend you the ways to get the UK visa being in Tashkent.

as i remember if you get business visa to Czech republic open bank account and etc... u would end up with temp Czech travel doc which gives u visa free travel to eu... no?

czech republic is not a member of the shengen zone (perhaps in 2008). even if you have a shengen visa, it is not valid for the UK. (the eu has different visa system!)

uk and ireland have a visa system different from the shengen. (because of such intentions like the one from the guy above who asked the question :-) ).

Czech republic is ok. but if you don't speak their language, or english at least, and not doing some kind of engineer or medical jobs or something as concise as these, and it is better not to opt for Czech republic. Especially, if you are not a specialist with some good experience.

though, if you do a real work there, you might end up receiving a salary of 500-100 euros a month. BTW, the Czech and their neighbors, the Polish intend to invite many people from Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. They have been doing this already for some time, though mostly employing ethnic Russians (don't tell me that i am a racist).

i know that czech rep isnt in schengen zone yet and the UK will never be in schengen ether...
