Where do I get study permit, to prolong visa
What about Certificate of Acceptance of Quebec ? what is it?

but

prosta o'qishga ketmoqchiman va keyin unga apply qilmoqchiman
hozir esa ochkoim to'g'ri kelmayapti (daje uylanadigan bo'lsam ham ;) )

Shuning uchun Rossiyaga hamma doclar taht qilib borganim ma'qul

Acceptance letter from canadian colegedan oldik ham deylik,bankdaghi accountni ham to'g'irladik.
Medical examination, Certificate of Quebec ni qaerda qiladi ?

If you wanna setlle in Canada, it's better to iimigrate. Canada is not like US used to be, it's little smarter than that. Of course US got smarter too.
If you just wanna study then go back, student visa is for you. If you wanna stay after studies, immigrate, then tuition will be much cheaper too. But you must show that you have some money. Consult the Canadian embassy website in Moscow. Things change.
