Assalomu alaykum hurmatli birodarlar!!!!

My name is Muzzammil. I am so-called "ethnic uzbek" of Afghanistan. Currentli residing in Germany.

I have been reading your (my muslim-uzbek brother's) point of view about Afganistan.
Frankly, I am very disappointed what you think about Talibans and what is going on in this world now.
Perhaps CNN and BBC and I am sure some Russian media are your first sources of getting the news.

I am Uzbek, Muslim first (alhamdullilloh).
I would like to mention some truth about "Northern Allience" from my prespective that you don't here in the news:

They are:
bunch of drug traffickers and addicts,
partially homosexuals,
hungry for political power,
ass lickers of Russia and Iran,
Propogators of Shism for iranian money,
Lie when they draft young Uzbeks and Tajiks about Talibs and Themselves. Make young people drug addicts, since it is the only mean to fight against "Mujaheedins" of Talibs, who are looking to die.
It is not "Allience", 7-8 regional leaders constantly in conflict. Even if they come to power after Talibs, Afganistan more likely to face new civil war.

And I am not Taliban, however some truth about Talibs from my prespective, since Only God knows exactly, OLLOHU WAALLIAM!!!!

They are not only Pushtuns, a lot of Uzbeks and Tajiks are among them, mostly more educated ones both in secular knowledge and deen.
Women do go to school till middle grades and all ages together, there is no enough teachers and schools. (What do you expect from ever-lasting and devastating Plot of Kafiirs in Afganistan).
Women do go outside with the accompanied man of the family.
Talibs are not drug traffickers. They abandoned to produce and grow opium and cannabiss, I think in 1999 and prices for cannabis jumped as much as twice here in Germany and throughout Europe.
Bin Laden didn't mess up Afganistan, His Sadaka to afgani people estimated in millions of dollars.
There weren't any starvation in Afganistan during 1996-2001 as far as I know and as far as my relatives in Kabul and Mozarisharif tell.

Besides read the story of British Journalist (remember a women who were kept in custody in Afganistan) how she were treated and how she found Talibs.
USA and whole Christian and Jews world been lying about ISlam throughout the history, why not now.

P.S. Birodarlar (as you say), When my Uzbek fellow from Samarkand gave me this site I thought Uzbeks in Uzbekistan are lets say more self-conscience, pardon me if I exaggerated, but God gave you head, Just think, what is going on in Afganistan is the pure hidden war against ISlam, no matter what they say on CNN.
I think Bin Laden is not Terrorist, He falls far behind USA itself. So far what ever he did, he did not do anything against Islam, as far as my and many my friends knowledge of Islam. Bombing in SUdan and Kenya was not Against and he said that he did it. Besides USA did not show any proof to world openly.
And please dont't tell any Muslim (Until he says himself muslim) that he is something else, It is Gunahi Aziim.
May ALLah Bless you and guide you to the truth.
Essallamu alaykum va rahmatulloh va bbarakatuhu
aziz uzbeklar

To proceed: I can't understand how you can be both in Oklahoma and Germany at the same time. As you said:My name is Muzzammil. I am so-called "ethnic uzbek" of Afghanistan. Currentli residing in Germany.

This does not necessarily disqulaify you from letting know others what you really think about the events.

Dear Afghani:

Thanks for the informative stuff on the Dostum militia. They are once again in control of Mazar-e-Sharif. In reality however, the US marines are running the show; as they know the true nature of these guys pretty well. The last debacle of Mr. Rashid Dostum was attributable to the "pehlavan brothers" revolt - and their side switching.

Dostum by the way is a fairly adventurous and interesting fellow. He has a come a long way since he walked to safety on the Hairatan bridge. Now he is about $ 50 m richer - and that should last him through better part of the winters - considering that the other 'commanders' too want their pie - and their greed is insatiable.

Taleban are no angels either. But for sure they are much less corrupted - and not fond of Rape and plunder. Their closed views on life, and no entertainment, simply made the life too boring.

The interesting part however, is that now the US cannot fight by proxy or bombing alone. Now they have static objectives to defend - and that means more ground troops - a full scale involvement.

History may be repeating itself. But Americans are richer and there is more money to spin.

Rubbish, all rubbish!

Yesterday there was a documentary called "Unholy War" about the lives of the ordniary afghani people affected by the war (Note, neither the Northern allience nor the taleban).

One episode depicted three little sisters, uzbek girls, whose mother was raped and killed in front of her eyes by the taleban!.. As they were explaining everything that happened to them in our own uzbek language (me and my friends could understand everyword), the feeling of deep sorrow and outrage did not leave our hearts.

Another episode: a taleban boy aged around 6-8 (with a look of a lunatic), listenning to the cassettes with the sound of gunfire and war, brought to him by the taleban elders... :(. One of the cassettes recorded the death of the boy's father, his screams and gunfire...
(Somehow, the taleban banned music, but they didn't ban the enjoyment they get from the sounds of war)
...

I know that the norhtern allience are no angels as well, but at least they are willing to cooperate with the rest of the world, which hopefully gives a chance of bringing peace and democracy someday to that much-suffered land.
The taleban, on the contrary may look like they've brought some order and peace, but that's only because they are tyrants and cruel vandals. That's a "peace" by force.

Unfortunately, XAOS i ANARHIYA POROJDAYET TIRANIYU! I JELATEl'NO CHTOB NI TOGO, NI DRUGOGO NE BILO VOOBSHE!
