I am currently helping in putting together an exhibition on Uzbek arts and crafts (Suzani in particular), which will be displayed in the Burrell Collection in Glasgow. As part of this we are looking for some Uzbeks who would not mind sharing their views and opinions, about their culture and roots. Those interviews will be forming a vital part of the exhibition, as it puts the Suzani into their cultural context and will appeal to a wide audience who want to find out more about their ancestory.
