Man yaqinda salad kilishni urgandim....
Sabzini juda ham mayna kilib turaysiz.....(oshga turagande chuzincho kilib)
Gushni ham bir hil shakilda turaysiz va qovurasiz....
Hohlasangiz bolgarski ni ham mayda qilib nomiga qovurib olasiz va aralashtirasiz chesnok solish edan chikmasin kokatlar bilan.....

eggplantni qalinro lappak shaklida to'grisiz. keyin ustiga tuz sepib ozginaga qo;yib qo'yasiz (french style tahir suvi chiqib ketsin uchun), keyin paper towel bilan ajragan suyuqlikni artib tashlesizda sut va tuhum aralalashmasiga botirasiz keyin unga bulab qizib turgan yog'da qovurasiz. juda oson i doesn't take much time. ustiga tabizga qarab spicelar sepsez zor boladi. chickenni qovurib pomidordan salad qisayiz birga birga rosa ketadida yummmm. yana rosa oson bir desert o'rgangandim.
canned maldarin orangesni shredded coconut bilan aralashtirib haladilnikka overnight qo'p qoysez ustini salfetka bilan yahshilab o'rab, ertasiga tayyor bo'ladi qoladi. rosa oson i juda mazali. it became one of my favorites.:D

eng tez va foydali bulgan ovqatlarda:
bolgarskiy, pomidor, karam, baqlajon va piyozni birga yengil qovurasiz. hohlovchilar qizil qlampirni mayda qilib qugrab birga qovurishlari mumkin. Sabzvotlarni pomidorning sharbati chiqquncha qovurasiz. Keyin (bir odamlik portsiya bulsa) ikkita yoki uchta tuhumni ustiga chaqib, aralashtirasiz. Tuzlaysiz. Keyin, past olovda 10-15 minut damlab quyasiz!

huddi shuni weekendlada branchga qilib yeymiz, lekin birgina farqi tuhumga half and half aralashtiramiz. vrap qisezam rosa aytvoradi lekineng tez va foydali bulgan ovqatlarda:

Last night for dinner I made pan seared scallops with Pear Salad. (I got these recipes from Cooking Channel :D).
Pan seared Scallops:
1/2 lb scallops
1/4 seasoned bread crumbs
olive oil
butte
lemon
Romano cheese
Directions:
1. Roll the scallops in a bread crumbs
2. Put olive oil and butter in a large skillet; stir and heat until hot.
3. Add scallops, turning once, until browned on both sides and than remove from heat.
4. Squeeze the lemon juice over scallops, then sprinkle with cheese.
Pear Salad:
3 cups baby greens
1/4 cup walnuts, shelled
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon shallot, minced
2 ounces Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1 ripe pear, cored and stemmed
Directions:
Wash and dry the baby greens. Set aside. Lightly toast the walnuts in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Combine vinegar, olive oil and shallot to make dressing. Toss greens with the dressing and crumble the Gorgonzola over the top.
Place the pear in a 300°F oven for 5 minutes to warm. Slice warm pear into wedges, arrange on top of salad and serve.
