Do Uzbeks care about Uzbeks living abroad?

Well like my title says, do you really care about Uzbeks living abroad Uzbekistan? Or are you interested in them?

Recently i saw this video on youtube:

It's recorded from a Turkish news channel (it was tgrt, now it changed) TGRT about Uzbeks in sheberghan (afghanistan). The news was about Uzbeks where protesting for their rights in sheberghan on the front of the office of Juma khan, probably someone from the afghan government. Then suddenly police opend fire on these people and 13 people where dead and many injured.

There was also a guy on that newschannel who was represantive of the Afghan Uzbeks living in Turkey and he told that those people where protesting of relocations of Uzbeks from that region.

So what are your thoughts about this issue or in general?

Обычно получается так, что человеку помогаешь безвозмездно. поддерживаешь его и в один прекрасный день, вместо благодарности и уважения получаешь килограмм параши...не один раз было такое и подобное слышал от других, поэтому с каждым разом безразличие растет, хотя я считаю, что каждый новый человек это новая личность и ему надо дать шанс...

i think uzbek government cares about its citizens abroad, gov wants to know how many uzbeks are working abroad to make them pay tax when they go back to uzb...

No ya ne dumayu eto sluchilos na natsionalnoy pochve t.e. governor dal prikaz strelyat tolko potomu chto oni uzbeki, on strelyalby i po pushtunam, i po tadzhikam... i dont think he uses this forum, so we dont really know...

PS: we spoke about him sometimes ago on some other thread, we think he is a general or marshal by now... he controls 3-4 mountains and uzbek tribe with their goats and sheep.

I appreciate people, who supported me mentally when I first came to the US.
I think that Uzbek people do really care about each other when they live abroad. Maybe not all of them but there are some very kind Uzbeks, who are more likely glad to help each other abroad.
