You can do whatever you want as along as you want to spend the buck. My cousin got married in Uzb and I was her maid of honor. And she did a lot of things that were not traditional to the uzbek culture. Like wedding favors, bridesmaid, groomsman, flower girl, ring boy, her tables had interesting center pieces, with candles all around. Mehndi ceremony like indian girls do. I mean you can do whatever you want but you might have to special order it in. I had to ship a lot of things to her from US including her dress and veil.

O'zbecha to'ylada Gul, sizga etsam dijurniy qo'yiladigan narsalari bo'ladi

Masalan, 4kishilik mehmonlani joyi: o'rtada laganda asorti ho'l meva, bir chetda kamida 4ta non, 1choynak choy 4 piyola bilan, kamida 4ta idishda 2xil salat, kamida 4ta tarelkada 2hil quruq meva-pista bodom, kamida 4ta tarelkada 2 hil pishiriq , zakuska bir yoki ikki tarelkada, ichimlik, stakanlari bilan.

Mehmon o'tirishi bilan tortiladigan birinchi yemish SOMSA boladi , keyin suyuq ovqatda albatta yoki mohora, yoki mampar, yoki oddiygina sho'rva tortiladi. Boshqacha ovqat ko'rmaganman to'ylada . Ikkinchi ovqatga kotlet, yo manti, yo osh bo'ladi, a yokiii shashlik bo'ladi
ohirida agar tort kaaaaatta bo'sa mehmonlaga ulashiladi, kichikro bosa ulashilmiydi. O'zi bo'ladimi haaama mehmonga yetkazishni tortni. O'zim guvohi boganman, bir hil to'ylada yarim mehmonga yetib, yarmisiga yetmiy qoganini.

Shuuu, boylar shundan sal oshiqroq, puli kamroqlar shu menudan sal kamroq qilishadi to'y dasturxonini. A tak huddi shu menude, deyarli hamma to'yda bir hil bo'ladi.

Pls forget about the butter knife and plate. The majority simply would not understand it or accept it. And those who would, are still a minority. Even at the fanciest wedding a lot of people are just simple and humble people.

I wanted to make a table without this whole starters on the table thing but that did not work out. I am not complaining, the food was amazing but I just like 4 course menus on these kind of occasions with no damn salads and etc on the freaking table.

Nu lyudi je dumaut chem oni budut zapivat voduchku? A esli daje ne pyut, u nas kak bi skazat, tradiciya vsyo stavit na stol.

Voybooo. Lobka namuunchaaa. Bizada tort alohida mehmonlar uchun ham bo'ladi, va yonida huddi shu tortdan dessert tarelkaga bezab oldidan hammaga tuzatiladi. Manga shunisi juda yoqadi.

This is such a bad idea. Even in US weddings or any events... It is too much fingers hands and too much double dipping. I mean if there will be kids present at this wedding can you imagine all the things that will end up being dipped into this fountain out of curiosity. Yikes. I went to a very nice catered dinner with a chocolate fountain for dessert for last Christmas. Someone spilled chocolate on their shirt and had to spend the rest of the fancy event with a big chocolate smear on his front. Also people can end up spilling it on the floor that might cause accidents. Just a very disgusting and hazardous idea and I do not recommended although i am a huge chocoholic.

Ana ehtiyot bo'P yesala hechnima bo'midi. Salfetkalar bor. Keyin agarda polga oqsayam oficiantlar borku, artishadi shu zahoti. Agarda bosh oficiant hammasini qo'lga olib, hammasini kontrolirovat' qip tursa, mehmonlarga qarab turishsa, hechnima bo'Midi. Salfetka tugab qosa vaqtida yetishtirib, yoki ubu kiyimiga oqsa yordamlashib tursala hammasi joyida bo'Ladi.
Oyimi dugonasi o'g'lini uylantirganida wow! oficiantlar malades edi. Bir nima bo'sa shu zahoti kelib hammasini qip tashagandila. Stolga qarab turdila. Bo'sh tarelka qo'yishmadila. Boshayishi bn yoki tozaga almashtirishti, yoki toza opkelishti. Hullas gap yo'q edi. O'ylaymanki Uzbdayam qisa bo'ladi, shunaqa professional odamla topsa bo'ladi.

I don't think that it is a good idea to do a proper table setting for our uzbek weddings. Let's not complicate the life of our ppl ;)

Though here it is, a very simple cover:

- 3 glasses: on the right - water glass; on the left - red wine glass; in the front - white wine glass.

- double fish catlery: 'cuz the starter and main course both are seafood.

- shore plate: usually used under the serving plates if they are of a smaller size like cheese plates.

- side plate with a side knife: used for bread&butter. It is always on the LEFT! Most ppl confuse it!

- napkin in a silver ring: how you do it is up to you. :P

- dessert catlery: is not on the table. You can put it later on after main course is cleared.
