Если Вы граждане РУз, в Консульство обращались за свидетельством о рождении?
Что надо сдавать в Home Office, что Вы имеете в виду?

Puchuq, where are you in the UK?
you should have been given leaflets at the hospital after the delivery, which has details of your local registry office.
Normally you have 6 weeks to register the baby, and the registration costs 6 pounds (in bristol).
If you want to travel to uzbekistan you will need to obtain birth certificate (uzbekistan) from embassy in london, but this is one pain in the neck, you will need to translate the uk birth certificate, get it legalized, then legalized again at the embassy, only then issued an uzbekistan birth ceritficate. Let me know, i have trasnlations of brith certificates i used for my daughter, i can send you a copy, just chenge details only.
About visa, I think you might need to fill in FLR(O) application form to change your childs status into your (or husband's if he is uzbekistan national) dependant, but I would contact home office regardign this, you might just be able to include your child next time you apply for an extension or change of status (if you have to).
and when you go to uzbekistan, you will have to get OVIR for your daughter and you, they will put her picture in your passport (or husband's if you have given permission to be so).

uzman, i don't know how long does it take at the moment, and unfortunately I don't remember how long it took last time.
we have a six month old daughter, but have not registered her with embassy yet, probably we will do it when it comes to travel to uzbekistan.
