Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation
The Kauffman Foundation is soliciting proposals for the Kauffman
Dissertation Fellowship Program. This program is intended to support
dissertations addressing research issues of theoretical and practical
importance to the domain of entrepreneurship. For the 2007-2008 academic
year, the program will award up to 15 dissertation fellowship grants of
$20,000 to doctoral students in the process of formulating dissertation
proposals or already having approved proposals. Applicants are expected to
complete their dissertations by the end of the 2008-2009 academic year. Only
students pursuing doctoral degrees from accredited U.S. institutions of
higher education are eligible to submit proposals, which are due Oct. 1,
