Uzbek show business needs some time to become more professional. At the moment it's too amateurish, imho...

man faqat eski filmlar va eski dublyajchilarni hurmat qilaman. hozirgilarda professionallik yuq va kamerani oldida uzizni tutolmidi. juda sohta, hatto ovoz berish ham. ashulachilarni aytmasa buluradi. ahlat... bulardan chiqqan zararli moddalar OZONE LAYER ga zavod chiqindilaridan kuproq tasir qilyapti.

a man ohhirgi marta "Yaratganga Shukur" filmini maza qilib tomosha qigandim. "O'yin" filmining ideasi zuru, stsenariyda ozgina kamchiliklar bor i akterlar rolini uynolmagan, yo montaj yaxshimas.

i do not think i agree with this statement. Some 20 and even 40 years ago some beautiful pieces such as Alisher Navoiy, Tohir va Zuhra, O'tkan Kunlar and etc... were filmed. How come they were professionals at that time and now became amateurs? it used to be that Tashkent hosted one of the prestigious movie festivals of "Asia, Africa and Latin America". And now? The whole movie industry sucks.... big time. The reason is lack of money. Also add a censorship to the list. Movie makers probably had to take each plot and make sure it passes all the necessary people, before it gets approved. I am sure there are tens of knowledgeable young people who would like to film about current problems. Make movies that will urge us to re-think our current social and political problems, but who will allow? or who will pay for that? that's why they just keep making oldi-qochdi movies. sometimes acting, production and etc... in those movies is so bad, that you just want to vomit.

eng yomon taraflaridan yana biri, film qaxramonlari hech sof o'zbek tilida gapirishmaydi. filmlarda kuchanib gapirilgan Toshkentcha sheva, juda ko'p parazit so'zlar va jamiyatning "yuqori qatlam" vakillarining deyarli faqat ruscha gapirishi juda bachkana eshitiladi.

Obviously, money is a central issue here... Nonetheless, all those big names who created above-mentioned movies (those who are still alive) try hard to make really good movies, but it's not only about money, it should be a bunch of like-minded persons to create a brilliant movie. Unfortunately, one person even the brightest one is unable to create a masterpiece movie on his/her own. To exemplify, I know one extremely bright cameraman - Rifkat Ibragimov, he has lots of awards and spends much time filming in France. However, it's too hard for him to make a good movie when the whole team doesn't share his views and understandings.

I do think that our show - business is not yet mature enough, since our education in this field is lame, no succession of generations (Fayziev's family is an exception) and plus the reasons you've already noted. Our show-business reminds me Russian show-business of early 90-s... Russians did well since then, now it's our turn...

i honestly would prefer independent short movies or documentaries... those are the best. i wish uzbek cinematography would do stuff like that. i think at this point choosing any issue would be so interesting. but nam do teh vermen s.... da s.... degan ekan Afandi. :D

Wolf, gapingizga 100% qo'shilaman, kinolarimizda aktyorlarni adabiy tilda gapirtirish kerak . Lekin "kuchanib gapirilgan Toshkent shevasi" deganingizni tushunmadim. O'zim Toshkentlikman, yozganimda iloji boricha adabiy tilda yozaman. Lekin uydagilar bilan gapirganimizda bari-bir Toshkent shevasida gapiramiz. Men uchun hech ham "kuchanib gapiradigan sheva" emas. Andijonliklarni bir xillarini eshitganimda menga xuddi "podhalim"larga o'xshab gapirgandek bo'ladi, lekin ularni hammasini "podhalimlarcha gapirilgan sheva" demayman-ku?! :rolleyes:
