In uk esli objalovat' resheniye (otkaz), to veroyatnost' v vy'iigrashe bol'she. No kak na schyot appelyacii v Uzb??? my bride was refused. she applied as a student (more then 6 months). Seychas u menya vopros podavat' li appeal ili net??? kak dolgo eto mojet zatyanut'sya??? ili luchshe proyti cherez ZAGS i poprobovat' as a Dependent???? what do u think about it???? many thanks

probuyte cherez ZAGS... no garantii net, mogut vam skazat chto ona hotela obmannim putem priehat v UK k svoyemu budushemu muju i "refuse".
no esli v previous ankete ona ukazala chto u neye net rodnih v uk to eto bolshoy minus posle ZAGSa!

29 March, 2007 - Applied. The British Embassy in Tashkent.
Student Visa for 6 months

After 3,5 months long waiting.

12 July, 2007 - Refusal. The reason, not enough funds, while living in London.
(though, The school fees of Ј2.605 as well as my accommodation fees for two weeks have been paid in full. Bank statement that I have $10,000 US Dollars for living in London, Documents that I own of Real Estate and Vehicle on my name in my home country.)
That day, Global Study received 17 visa refusals from The British Embassy.

2 August, 2007 - Appealing against the Decision of ECO.
Documents and evidence had been successfully submited to Asylum and immigration Tribunal, UK.

1 September, 2007 - Received mail in Tashkent, from Asylum and immigration Tribunal, UK.
My refusal decision of ECO in Tashkent, will be send to Asylum and immigration Tribunal, UK untill 30 of October, 2007.

17 September, 2007 - Received call from The British Embassy Tashkent,
to bring my passport to the Embassy in Tashkent.

18 September, 2007 - Brought my Passport to entrance of The British Embassy, Tashkent.

19 September, 2007 - Finally, after 7 months got my Student Visa for 6 months with working permit, to the UK.

9 October, 2007 - Arrived in Heathrow Airport in London.

That's all the story how I got my student visa to the UK.
However, I spent a lots of money and nervous to get this visa to the UK.

Including, money for the lawyer in London, with preparing documents on which ground to appeal as my Rights to appeal were limited.
After all, Thanks to Allah, I got my visa now I'm here in London.
Overall, with a huge help of college principal, where I study now.
