Hi guys,
I was wondering today how am I going to vote on December 23? And frankly I do not have any idea. The popularity of other voting threads is really amazing, but they are not related to the actual election process. Therefore, I decided to open this thread. By the way, this thread is for those who are in United States. However, you may share your views and news about the election in your particular Country. So my question are:
How are we suppose to vote (online?)(for those who has a passport and citizenship of Uz)? (the process in the US) Please, share the voting process in your current country?
When is the exact voting date, for us, in the U.S?
If you know the answer for those than: Who is your candidate (the one that were presented by parties)? if there is one, than why?
Ok, this is for students who are not in DC. Lets be a little more engaged in the political events of our country!
with respect
GA
ps: I did not look for any other similar thread. If there is one, about that, than just delete - to moderator.

As far as I know there are two ways of voting being abroad. As an example if you are in USA, first, find out which consular office your state belongs to. You can find it out by the following link:
http://www.uzbekistan.org/consular/

Then, call them register your name if you are in DC area, if not e-mail them your home address, then they will mail you bulletin, one week before the elections I guess.

Election day in US will be conducted by embassy I think (a day before or later than 23 of December, if I am not wrong), as it used to be in 2002, when Referendum took place.

Best of luck...
