Need help with translating Uzbek vaccination record

Hi, we recently moved to USA and brought our son's vaccination record from Uzbekistan. I dont really speak Uzbek, so I don't know what it all says. And we need that translated. Can anyone help?
1) what does БЦЖ, mean in English? Is it a tuberculosis or small pox vaccination?

2)what are the vaccinations that are usually given in Uzbekistan?

bcg is given against tuberculosis, and here in the UK they are given a day after birth or so.
I don't have much info about the vaccinations in Uzbekistan, I will try to look around my papers that are 7 years old, i do remember bringing my vaccination history when I first came here.
