IS IT TRUE that some mufti in Saudi Arabia issued fatwa and launched a campaign to promote and spread copies of that fatwa that call for destruction of the holy shrines in Iraq, Syria and Egypt that belongs to shia moslems same like they did in 1925?

The only thing I know is that they are against building shrines and domes on the graves. But I have never heard about distributing a fatwa encouraging for destroying them since they're not on Saudi land.

They have never attempted to do that. In a famous letter wrote by Imam "Mohammed bin Abdulwahhab" to the people and Ulama of "Hijaz" which is the western part of the Kingdom where Makkah and Madinah is he denied that he ever asked or encouraged the destruction of the grave and the Green Dome of the Prophet "PBUH".
This letter is known to all people of the Kingdom. Including Sufis and Shiite.
