Hm, mne kajetsya seychas mneniya budut delitsya na dve gruppi:

1. Ludi, kotorie za granitsey i ne boyatsya skazat pravdu nazovut nineshnee pravlenie DIKTATUROY.

2. Te, kotorie esho v strane, libo vozderjutsya ot otveta libo budut govorit, chto ne tak uj vsyo i ploho.

Ya schitayu u nas polnaya diktatura, monarhiya, haos! Obidno :(

Even back in Uzbekistan I said that Uzbekistan was an authoritarian, superpresidential (this is an actual term) country with dictatorial tendencies. Now that I am not in the country, I still stick to my idea of what the current Uzbekistan government is. There are tons of people in Uzbekistan – even in the government – who strongly agree that Uzbekistan’s current government model is, from strictly pragmatic point of view, extremely inefficient. Horribly slow and dependent on personalities. A government, especially for libertarian like myself, is a system (the smaller the government, the better) and any system should function pretty much in the same pace regardless of personalities involved in that system. I am not sure communist-turned-free market economists/democrats Uzbek officials really understand what a government is and what it should and most importantly, what it should NOT do… God help Uzbekistan…

About Central Asia you are right... all the same :) But look to other post soviet countries - Baltic Sea Countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania developing and reducing corruption...

So why we can't do that? And then why we have to compare bad segments. Like, Karimov used to say before: Look to Tadjikistan, there is anarchy, there is no rule of governance, but we - Uzbeksitan doing better... So let's thank God..."

Now, Tadjikistan in peace and trying to be open for cooperation and stabilyzing their system and infrastructure... so which country will be the next sample for our leader, to say that we are doing better than them....? Afghanistan? Sure!

вопрос зачем нужна такая классификация? наверное чтобы подобрать решение о том как улучшить жизнь народа. в зависимости от строя, надо использовать набор средств.

например, если страна авторитарная, то это только туркменский вариант смены власти--короткая и незаметная спецоперация по физической замене правителя.

если это демократия--то окрытое ведение политической компании, по тому типу который ведут сейчас правозащитники.

если феодальная--то надо вызавать на турнир противника, и убить его в открытом поле, чтоб дехкане видели кто теперь хозяин.

и тд
