Go to Heathrow on Tuesday or Saturday, I am sure there are plenty of Uzbekistanis going to Tashkent, they might lend their hands.

I will be going in the next twenty days but I will be flying with Turkish Airlines. Many people recommended that one to me, they say its much much better than Uzbekistan Airlines or even the Russian ones. I am chuffed as I got my work permit through my door in the morning, I will now go home and relax for couple of months before coming back in August.

If you guys need any help I can take any luggage upto 2kg without any problems. Or even any documents, I am from Tashkent so delivering it to decessary people should not be a hassle either. :)

Yeah, I was going to Columbia first and we were all gonna fly to Uzbekistan together. But it turns out that I won't have to go to Columbia after all cuz they decided to leave early, like on Tuesday the 27th.

Btw is there anyone who has lived in a foreign country for a long period of time and has recently went back to Uzbekistan? If yes, would you mind letting me know how the conditions are there? I'd also like to know how you felt, did you regret going back or are you pleased with your decision. I'd really appreciate it if you sent me a PM. Thanks in advance.

Depends how you define the long time length. I have been abroad for pretty long too. The last time I went home was about three years ago. During the first few days I was very much enjoying it, you know the usual family get together occasions and meeting your old friends from the place you've grown up. It was fun but after doing everything and meeting with everyone it got a bit uninteresting and I was not as enthusiastic anymore. I think it was because there was nothing left to do, I could not eat that much because it was too hot and I started missing my newly-acquired living life back here in London.

Now from time-to-time I miss everything about back home and want to go back forever however sometimes think that it will be somehow difficult to re-adjust. I know I am abroad for limited time and will be back in the next ten years, I am sure I will get used to all the conditions quickly again, at the end of the day, It's my birthplace . :)
