If you have time, do you exercize? How many times a day you do Phisical Training? Mainly what parts of your body you consentrating right now? And why? Doing PT everyday helps your blood running, helps keep your mind fresh. It also helps stay healthy.
I'm consetrating on my arms, chest and abs. But I go jogging everyday.

Funny situation when guys are working out and a beautiful girl with tight everything is walking right through the work out area on purpose (she could have gone around :D), All eyes are fixed, everything stops for a sec :) I keep working :lol:

Pay me no money, I can teach you the real trainings. I'll take you to woods, muds, grass and all kind of drills. U can even learn how grapple. Mad training is my best, i run through the woods, roll in mudds in 30-40 degrees faranheight, make you feel like indestructible exosted animal. Aggressive killing machine. Next thing u know is that u can eat a tiger alive. Hoah!!!

Only sometimes I do PT. On Fridays used to play basketball for two-three hours.

i run evry other day...
i used to go to gym, but then i realized that you can keep yourself in shape, even without paying money!
it really helps stay healthy and in shape
sometimes its hard to force yourself, but when you start doing it, you can't give up any more..

I excersize irregularly, which is even worse than not excersizing at all. :(

Yesterday I was told if I dont excersize, I'll get fat. :/

So, need to start over from Monday (tomorrow).

Why do you need excersize anyway, i don't think you will ever get fat. By nature you are a skinny person.;)

mashq qilish faqat fatni yo'qotish uchun emas, overall body health uchun muhim.

Bir kunda bir marta yoki 2 marta. Bir kun cardio ikkinchi kuni muscle training 30-45 minutdan. Ba'zan slack qilaman, hozir masalan :) Haftada bir marta esa badanga dam berish kerak.

I was so not capable of going to gym outside the house, that bought pretty much everything for working out for the home. Now, I can do cardio, weight training and plus strech on my machines.

Swimming is good but you are swimming to much you should do other exercizes. Like Biking, running, pull-ups.

. В тренажёрный не хожу, так как в форме могу себя и без него держать, к тому же на дорогу время только уходит, да и деньги экономятся, в общем не культурист я.

cm'on u can do more than that :) do at least 150 push up and 100 sit ups in the weekends if u can.
I can do 95 push ups, 100+ sit ups in two minuts each.

there is no such thing as swimming too much. Swimming is one of the best forms of excercise. It is easy on joints, does not hurt you in the long run, plus you can work different groups of muscles at the same time. I would rather swim than jog/walk/run etc.
Zarina, I wish I could swim like you, but I am limited with my location+schedule. :D

stop critique slappin everybody with your views. He can do whatever he can do to keep himself in a good shape. You are not a workout guru that everybody should learn from and imitate.

10km a week - swimming - it is really nice..
100 000 pounds a week work out in gym - weights.
Well, if you work out irregularly it does not make any sense... to be stable is important... and you feel so good after working out..

p.s. just a thought, I have friends who swim alot, they are girls, they have very wide shoulders which in my view is not very feminine. But who knows :)

I love playing soccer. I don't go to a gym. There is a school near my place. They have a track, a few gymnastics equipment which I prefer to weight-lifting stuff.

А вот девушки с широкими плечами может меры не знали... или на соревнования готовились. Я плаваю не на скорость и в этом большая разница. Мышцы и лёгкие надо знать как задействовать, и тогда можно до 7 миль в неделю плавать, сжигать каллории, жир и в то же время мышц не наращивать... так же стиль с корость менять не мешает.

зато я никогда на диетах не сижу и себе ни в чем не отказываю. :eat: Предпочитаю есть прилично, а потом всё сжигать :twisted:

we were just joking. I wish i can swim 7 miles a week. Wow. I tried to swim 500 meters and almost died :lool:

It's a good thread, I think it would be more useful and interesting , if there was a thread about "How to excercize properly for better results" and details about it, instead of spending time just for saying yes or no.

Last week I began skating...

Skating is lotsa fun. I learned it last year in Aarhus. It takes time to learn it though. One can get hurt easily if not careful.

God. For 2,5 years, I walked 45 mins up and 45 down of the hill every day on the way to and back from school. Plus, I carried a very heavy backpack. No other excersize was needed: a combination of walk + lifting weights. Odam eslasa, yomon bolip ketadi.

All my friends right now know that I've turn into a workout freak. It was hard to start, but when I really got into it, it felt really good. Worked out for 2 hours today. I will post my photo some of these days. Too bad it is an uzbek forum, and i cant show my almost there 4 pack.

When I first came to this country, I gained a lot of weight. Had to go long way to lose it all, and met people who helped me to get into a good shape. It's been more than a year since it became a regular thing. I cannot go for 8, It is really hard. Plus those who show their 8 packs off, live on a strict diet, workout for 3+ hours a day. I simply can't do it.:)

wooohooo. :lol: i am working on mine :lol: just kidding. i just want lean body. so mixing cardio with weight lifting. i got a membership from local gym for this month. got sick and tired from our university gym, it is awesome, but sorority girls come there to pick up guys. so things are not serious, you see girls in make up working out and flirting with guys and usually it is packed when i can go to gym. the local gym i am going now is quite ugly compared to university gym. they haven't got any idea about interior design. but you only see serious people and real athletes working out there. so when you see like guys with 8 packs and women with nice bodies (not skinny, anorexic sorority girls who just jump on treadmill and stay there reading a journal) that kind of view moves you :) for caring about your body more!

i am working on mine, not 4 yet but hopefully will get some nice lean muscles by spring. :D

I do whatever - jog, bike / without stupid helmet/, ellipticals, step, cardio-kick-boxing, swim, dance. gym is fun. i end up buying gym cloth every time i go shopping for office cloth... ah, who cares.

my friends always insist me to wear and try to explain if accident happens, if I fall or get hit by a car, a helmet would prevent my head-brain-the most important part of ur body. I know that is true and safer to wear it, but I hate it, don't know why;)

on: used to bike, since it is getting colder, I have recently switched to indoor activities. I usually walk on trademill while watching favoirite shows: "Everybody Loves Raymond", "Ugly Betty" etc, sometimes I read/ memorize my notes while walking (killing two birds with one stone)

Unfortunataly thare some people that are exception, there are people who has three differen jobs. I think those people come to forum very-very rarely.

its actually stupid when you do not wear a helmet. you can get cute ones -- they are more expensive than the ones from big box stores, but they are way comfortable and look quite cute. Anyhow, stay safe! :)

3-4 times a week I go to gym... I used to bike when I was living in a small city but not any longer... I miss it stz...

its actually stupid when you do not wear a helmet. you can get cute ones -- they are more expensive than the ones from big box stores, but they are way comfortable and look quite cute. Anyhow, stay safe! :)

Endi bu uzbekcha variantde Uzland aka. Asosiysi, boshiz omon qoptiku. :D

Manam helmet umuman kiymiman, yoqmiydi. Safety uchun ehtiyot bo'lib haydashni o'zi yetadi man uchun. :)

:) siz kichkina bo'lgansizde, boshingiz ham og'ir bo'lmagan. :)

Uzland aka, men ham yoshlikda rosa velik uchganman, ja "kozel" qilmasam ham. Lekin eslab ko'rsam, velikda mahalladan u yog'iga chiqmas edik. Uzog'i bilan maktabimizni oldigacha "katat'sya" qilib kelar edik. Mashinalar ham kam bo'lar edi. Bu yerda bo'lsa mashinalar maktab bor joyda 30da haydashadi. Oddiy ko'chalarda 45-50 (milya, kilometrda undan ham ko'proq). Xudo ko'rsatmasin shunaqa tezlikda kelayotgan mashinani tagiga kirib ketsa, hech bo'lmasa kaskasi bo'lsa yomon bo'lmaydi.


umuman olganda, kimga qanaqa. man universitetga avtobusda boraman. :D velosipedim "road bike". uni universitetga "boylab" qo'ysangiz, 30mindan keyin o'g'irlab ketishlari mumkin. shuning uchun hech kimga ishonmayman. :D "Road bike"ni helmetsiz haydash, endi kulgili bo'lsa kerak. Chunki bir kirishib ketsa ancha tezlikda haydash mumkin, undan yiqilib avariya bo'lsa xudo ko'rsatmasin. Agar velikingiz "mountain bike" bo'lsa unda bemalol, u og'ir velikni tez ham haydab bo'lmas.

exersize albatta sogliq odam uzini yahshi his qilishi uchun muhim... haftasiga 4 kun "weightlifting" bilan shugullanam urtacha "gym"da 1.5-2 soat vaqtim utadi... yana haftada 2 kun faqat yugurishga bir narsa qilib vaqt topishga harakat qilaman...

I've been going to gym 4 days a week for the last 5 months or so:
day 1: chest/back
day 2: shoulders/legs
day 3: arms/abs
day 4: cardio, about 45 minutes on a threadmill or a bike.
