I opened thread about daily menu for dinner and recipes of dishes.

Misol uchun menu kuyidagilardan iborat.

Ok, how about that:
Portabello soup
Conch Carpaccio(freshly sliced conch meat,asiago cheese,red bell pepers,chopped onions,capers,over the olive oil)
Caprese(Mozz.cheese,plum tomatoes,basil leaves,balsamic and fresh pesto)
Fillet Mignon(grilled fillet(I like medium well) over the crab cakes and grilled shrimps and portabello mushrooms)
And my favorite dessert Zabaglione...or Creme Brulee
