v takih sluchayah ya p'yu 1 tab paracetamola ili ferveksa na noch (aspirin uosa toje mojno). potom nujno progret golovu pod goryachim dushem i horoshenko visushit goryachim fenom.

One of the few signs that you have cigarette smoke allergy-your nose starts running, your eyes get watery or they start itching, you might want, but not always have to vomit, and you get light headed. If one or some of the symptoms I mentioned above occur when you are exposed to cigarette smoke, you probably do have cigarette smoke allergy. You should be super careful if you have respiratory system deseases such as asthma, bronchitis etc. Ask people around you to put that thing down, if it bothers you that much. Stay healthy:D

Думаю такое происходит не со всеми. У многих просто неприязнь к запаху сигарет, а у вас наверное просто аллергия. Но если дыма слижком много, то есть если вы в закуренной комнате, головная боль - это естественно. В таких ситуациях даже у курильшиков начинает болеть голова.


Кто-нибудь дайте совет:
Как бороться с мигренью?
Иногда так достает, что часами не проходит головная боль. :(

Doctors have seen thousands of patients with the same problem as you do. And there should be an open communication between you and your doctor. Even if by the time you see him you are feeling okay, you can still raise that question. Just say "U know doctor, when the weather changes, this and that happens to me" and most likely he will explain you what that might be, and tell you what you should do to prevent it from happening and if it is impossible to prevent, he will give you tips on how to ease your sufferings.

Вот мне противен запах краски, сразу появляется резкая боль в висках. Поэтому когда дома ремонт, стараюсь избегать работ с эмалью. :)

What pills do you take to prevent the headache?
I take aleve and I'm not sure if it ever helps. I have migraine.

I dunno how about others but for me tylenol,aspirin and aleve takes a longer time to dissolve,absorb and start working :?
Thats why I always keep a bottle of ibuprofen in my purse,take two and half hour later the pain is gone :D

P.S for your migraine I'd advise "excedrin migraine" its not as powerful as prescription drugs (and not as harmful :rolleyes:,prescription drugs make you drowsy and nauseous :?)

When you have headaches, it can be a symptom of numerous different problems. Starting with simple cold, and ending with brain tumors :shock:(tavba kildim, tavba kildim)
So If you have some sort of chronic headache or pain in some or all parts of your head, you better check it with your doctor.

PS. Lucky me, Never ever had a headache in my entire life. I even am not sure how it feels:D
