no this is not a counter part to painkiller's "what i learned today" :D
i am curious what our forum members cook.
Some days ago i cooked roast chicken (in small pieces) with sweet'n sour sauce and basmati rice. For the dessert i cooked baked bananas.

it looks nice , lekin basmati guruchdan osh qilib rasmini qo'shib qo'ysangiz undan ajoyib bo'larmidi (joke)

nothing special...just Osh with loads of fat for five ladies...used chinese wok which is almost like our own Uzbek 'qazon' only wider and not deeper, someone on the forum recommended it once, since then Osh tastes better...i use olive oil to make it fattier :-) and of course i love sultanas and garlic in it...european guests of mine liked that that too :-) hmmm....but not the fat part though...these europeans :-)
