There are issues that you should consider before you bring your wife on a visitor visa
NHS is not free, and can be quite expensive, (you can get info about fees in their website) they will probably refer you to a private hospital, so you will have to pay every time you visit a doctor it is NHS or private.
Giving birth in the UK does not give your child any privileges, no nationality, then you have to go through a little complicated process to get your child's birth certificate from embassy of uzbekistan, getting birth certificate from local authorities is easy and cost about 6 pounds.
It is almost impossible to change the status of your wife to your dependent, as you would not have very strong case, so at the end you might have to send your family back again.
So in my opinion and experience it will be one very costly project with not much of a result.
P.S. My wife helped a family to deliver their baby in bristol with the same circumstances, and he sent his wife back home yesterday.

There is a chance, but NHS will definetely ask for her passport, and refuse free service to any c1 visitor visa holders, then you will have to pay for everything.
In old days people wothout visas could get free NHS service, but they are a lot more strict now.
I know a guy whose wife joined him in the UK as a visitor, NHS refused him, then she gave birth in a private hospital, then with all the receipts and letters from that hospital we applied for dependent visa, showing that she had complications during the pregnancy and can't travel at that particular time, which was successful.
Then another pair went to local NHS, also got refused service, then came to bristol, where for some reason (my wife knows quite few midwifes and doctors, as we helped three other pairs deliver their babies in bristol and our two daughters) they did not ask for passport, and she had her baby here and other services free, but could not apply to change her visa as she used the service free which was not supposed to be free (they wanted to make the application through solicitor, who refused to take the case).
So the decision is yours, find out about the fees in private hospitals, then measure up everyhting, it will make things a lot clearer.
p.s. please do not ask to help you to deliver the baby in bristol, as we did not have good experience from the last couple and decided to help to only people we know very well.

NHS is FREE.
Do not worry much about NHS costs, the main problem is the general living expenses especially with the pregnant wife your expenses may well exeed your income. But if you earn well enough, then go ahead. In UK your wife is safer in many terms: 1. closer to you which is important especially for the pregnant woman. 2. NHS does really really well in dealing with pregnants wich is very important. 3. and finally healthier baby and a wife.
You can't change your wife's status being within the UK, however, if you are student you can invite her as a dependent, anyone can do that.
You can hide the fact that she is pregnant if you want to do so in the embassy, relevant clothing will do everything.
