How can I disable certain boards/forums?

Is there anyway a user can set boards/forums invisible to himself?

Kolobok, that only collapses/expands the boards. It doesn't make the forum invisible. What I am asking is like "ignoring" another user: You don't see ignored user's posts, you don't receive his PMs, etc.

Well, that's totally different question you are sking now. :) Go to your user CP and on you should have a Buddy/Ignore list. The rest is simple ;)

That is not possible, I'm afraid you'll have to live with it. By the way, why would you want to get rid of the Ladies Board in the first place? It's freaking amazing to read what's in the heads of our beloved ladies or is your girlfriend or wife is getting jealous? :)

Okay here is the easiest answer without any technology necessary. Just don't open those threads that you don't like. :lol:

That was just an example. I have not had a chance to read posts on that board to make my wife jealous :)
