So, have you? Me not, never. It only annoys me...

I don't understand why there is need for that confirmation? Will a user loose any valuable information (similar to when Admin deletes a user or Moder deletes a post)? Or are there any roBOTs which log out forum users without their consent?

If you don't click to remember me when logging in, it will automatically log out you in 5 or 10 mins.

Exactly.
And this makes the confirmation even more useless :)

Then don't thick "remember me" and wait for the system to log you out. :)
The confirmation is out there because people may have clicked it accidentally and if they did, they simply cancel it. :)
You are fighting with vBulletin. :D

I have not clicked "remember me"... yet.
What is the likely hood that a user presses that button accidentally? Even if one does so, what does he loose? Nothing, just logs back in if s/he wants to do something else.
I am not fighting and vBulletin is not the synonym of perfection :)

Even if I hit log out link accidentally, I'll click on "cancel" button not to log in again. Simple.

Of course. BUT the problem is none presses that button accidentally (not counting 0.00000001 probability).
