В Узбекистане началась борьба с недобросовестной рекламой



Как сообщает узбекскоязычный сайт Newsuz.Com со ссылкой на сообщение Государственного комитета Республики Узбекистан по демонополизации, поддержке конкуренции и предпринимательства, в республике начинается борьба с недобросовестной рекламой. Для этого при областных администрациях отделения творческого объединения (ТО) «Тасвирий ойина» планируется заменить в кратчайшие сроки государственными унитарными предприятиями. Кроме того, предполагается упорядочение и взятие под особый контроль рекламы, распространяемой посредством электронной почты (спам).

Центром по совершенствованию антимонопольной политики при Госкомдемонополизации выявлено, что одним из самых развитых и объемных по доходам средств рекламирования на региональном уровне является телевидение. Если в 2001 году общий доход от рекламы на региональных телеканалах составил порядка 136 млн. сумов, то в 2006 году он превысил 620 млн. сумов.

Было отмечено, что развитие конкуренции повлияло и на качество радиопередач, это, в свою очередь, привело к развитию рекламной индустрии на радио. Так, если в 2000 году доходы от радиорекламы составляли около 355 млн. сумов, то в 2001 году они увеличились до 555 млн. сумов, а в 2006 году составляли уже около 1.460 млн. сумов.

Объем рекламы в узбекистанской прессе в 2001 году составлял 500 млн. сумов, а в 2006 году он увеличился до 1.900 млн. сумов.

Для развития рекламной отрасли Узбекистана рекомендовано увеличить кадровый потенциал путем введения стандарта государственного образования, содействовать в организации «Национальной рекламной ассоциации», разработав и распространив Кодекс рекламы. А в связи с развитием в Узбекистане электронной коммерции будут разработаны положения о размещении рекламы в сети Интернет.

Эксперты Госкомдемонополизации считают, что необходимо запретить рекламу зонтичных брендов, которые напрямую относятся к алкогольным, табачным и другим видам продукции, запрещенным к рекламированию посредством размещения на телевидении, радио и в наружной рекламе.

Tabs - please add "Special Offers", "Free E-Brochure", "Construction" and "Fly & Buy"
Hyphens - please do not allow any hyphens in the middle of a word, for example invest-ments
Interrior - should be "interior"
