Have you ever been disturbed by some shitty users acting like a stupid ass and posting irritating comments on your profile page recently? If yes, keep on reading this post.
In last 3-4 days, I got about 2-3 email reports about such shitty comments on different users' profile pages. Any other Moderator can also prove this. So, what does that mean? It means that some assholes are using profile pages for spamming and abusing forum members. Now maybe it's a bit easy to control, I mean to delete those 20-30 comments in a day, but when things grow big, let's say 300-400 such comments, it'll be a real pain to clear that up for the Moderators too. I'm not talking about the owners of targeted profile pages, minimum they will get angry and offended. When forum members get angry, we know what we can expect.
There's one real solution to this problem. Let the owner approve a comment on his profile page. Many of you probably have experienced this on different social networking websites like Hi5, Facebook, MySpace and so on.
I believe such policy would not create any difficulties for both members and moderators. If anyone agrees with me on this issue, let's try to draw Forum Authority's attention to this problem and solve it as soon as possible.
