you could call banks and ask if they have that option, but I have a doubt if they would offer loans to sm1 in uzb-n. you probably know in order to get a loan, one should have good credit history and SSN and all other kind of factors should be considered.

I would wonder how ppl in uzb-n could provide those kinds of info, if they could, maybe the rate would be very high. But good question to investigate though...

yes, EBRD can give private loan for huge projects.

business people IN UZBEKISTAN can't get loans from BANKS IN OTHER COUNTRIES.

in Uzbekistan they may get loans (trade finance) of foreign banks through local banks (only selected companies, mostly companies with considerable government share). for example 2 years ago bank gesellschaft (berlin) was giving some limits of trade finance to Uzbekistan firms in the same way. Donno about the situation nowadays.

at the same time, in case that Uzbekistan people will open a resident business in a foreign country, ofcourse they might get a loan from there.
