In this topic, we will mention athletes, who have been noted for their participation in sports events while being drunk.:D
The athlete I'm gonna introduce first is a russian athlete, Ivan Ukhov.

Ivan Ukhov (born 4 April 1986 in Chelyabinsk) is a Russian high jumper.
A former discus thrower, Ukhov took up high jumping in 2004, and improved from 2.10 to 2.30 in 2005.
In 2006, Ukhov achieved a personal-best jump at 2.33 metres, in Langen. His 2.39 indoors jump at Moscow, on 28 January 2007 (national record), ranks him tied for sixth place amongst the top indoor high jumpers all-time.
In September 2008, Ukhov ceased to be invited to Grand Prix IAAF meetings, because of actions performed in a competition in Lausanne held in that month. There, he was found to have drunk Red Bull with vodka prior to the competition, not making one single valid jump.
