Hey there hehe,
Unfortunately i don't Uzbek very well but from what iu understand you are writ6ing about some sort of provocaciya , hizbutahrir ......
I am not goig to tell that you are wrong (hope u know yourself)
Just please remember that there are people with new mentality, views, ideas... You may talk about whatver u want but those young people in this movement made their desicion and it was their desicion, not mine or somebody's else.
Pretty soon you'll hear about that movement (ÌÄÏ×) in details and belive me it will grow all over Uzbekistan for the democracy and future of Uzbekistan!
Ruslan®
Oh man u don't even understand my "some sort of uzbek". All right let me clarify, I told that hizbuttahrir's and your mission looks the same. Achieving goals by "fresh blood" - young people. And don't tell me that these people have "made their desicion and it was their desicion, not mine or somebody's else". I'm sure it is not your decision, your decision is already done by somebody else. And I don't think they are much different. Now tell me , why do you need this movement?
Are you going to answer me by the words which are often used nowadays , that fly high in the sky. "we will make Uzbekistan's nation happy, we will fight injustice" . oh You had it actually - "it will grow all over Uzbekistan for the democracy and future of Uzbekistan!" hehe, pioner. You have mission word, and that can show some politics, and you tell me that nobody has decided for you and others.
I don't disagree that it can grow, everything grows, even criminal groups.
more about "Just please remember that there are people with new mentality, views, ideas... ". New mentality views ideas, who are these people, who are you? And who am I. Don't you think that we(I) all see what you see, even if you have seen much more. Don't think of me like finished patriot, no knowledge and etc.

Well hehe,
I leave with those ideas and not going to argue with you anymore, if you think my decisions are made by someone ;)
You have fun .............................................

Do you think your desicion is right? And why do you say "we"? I'm also a youth from Uzbekistan, but I don't have to share your values about the truth.
If your desicion is not made by someone esle, does it mean you're making a decision for someone else? I've looked at the members' names. Same old people, same old names. I guess being a director of something was not enough, now you're the president of something too. :)
God bless all of us.

Shagane,
Those people which you call "old" are:
Umarhon -20 years old, Al'fiya - 23, Hurshid -18,
i can continue... All young energetic students, you think all we are bought by someone???
Terrorists, vahobists, hizbutahrir??????
Jesus Christ, i hope you are not one of those high officials with full pocket of money who is afraid to lose his power and money. Look at how these high officials, judges, ministrs and so on are living, their houses among poor and dieing nation.
If you think that i am lieing here just skip my articles, i didn't tell that i was telling for everybody if you read letter attentively,

Ruslan well done!
I support you with all my heart. A very brave and progressive movement inside of uzbek youth.
Do not pay attention to the barkings of others.

Ruslan,
I'm impressed!!! Well done! I will contribute to this project as much as can.
As <SKYMAN> said, don't pay any attention to those who are trying to regard it as a useless, fruitless movement.
I'm sure those guys know how important this is to our society. It's just a matter of time. Those kinda people change with the policy, ideology. Time comes when you'd be surprised by those very people who would start supporting. There might be some kinda fear in these people of the present 'situation'. So, just give them time.
One can not compare it with hizbut or smth else! It is totally different, so are the purpose and ideas.
Koroche, jelayu uspehov, tak derjat'.
Peace:)
P.S. It was all my personal view, no offence's intended.

:) :) :) :)
A message said is never a message understood. Same old people, same old names didn;t mean their ages at all. :) And I don't dream about talking of your GPA, as you said, wherever I can. Wasn't it you, some time ago, talking about it on every message board possible, or was it another ruslan sharipov.
I don't mind meeting with you, but summer is the only time when I'm in Tashkent. :)
By the way, I was thinking to send you a "Reporting For the Media" and "AP Style book"--great books for reporters, and I'm sure you need them. :) So if you don't mind accepting such miserable gift from me, will you drop your mailing address to my email account? You will be glad to have them, believe me, I use them everytime when writing for a paper. :)

forgot to say I'm a college student, who's taking 17 credit hours of journalism classes, and who works 20 hours per week in order to spend it. :) There's nothing to be afraid of for me. :)
That's pity you don't speak/read Uzbek. I would have adviced you a must read book of the organization whose ideas were identical to yours, maybe even stronger, I'd say.
Best of Luck.

Hi Ruslan.
I have two questions to you.
1) Your organisation is called "ÌÎËÎÄÅÆÍÎÅ ÄÂÈÆÅÍÈÅ ÇÀ ÏÐÀÂÀ ×ÅËÎÂÅÊÀ (ÌÄÏ×)", and as far as i know it is of Uzbekistan. So , why dont
you know Uzbel Language????? Is it too hard to learn??? Or did somebody prohibited it to learn to you? All right , this is the question of your consience. If you dont want dont answer to this question. I am just wondering how people who dont understand Uzbeks can fight for the rights of Uzbeks and other Uzbekistani people??????
2) My next question is what kinda activities are you going to do or are you doing just now? What your organisation (btw, is it organisation or it is called something different?) represents itself. Tell me about its functions.
Ruslan dont think that i am againist to your organisation or something like this, i am just asking some questions which appeared in my mind.
And i'll be happy , if you could achieve good results.
Cheers man.

Hey there nobody!
First of all MDPCH ne imeet v nazvaii "of Uzbekistan" please don't add your own words:)
Secondly buddy, not everyone in Uzbekistan knows Uzbek, i do understand uzbek a lil but as i told before i am learning. And i know how imporatant is to know Uzbek.
What makes me sad that you are telling this:
"I am just wondering how people who dont understand Uzbeks can fight for the rights of Uzbeks and other Uzbekistani people?"
I am not going to answer this but i as to human rights there shouldn't be language barrier. I see in your words discrimination, sorry but....
Concerning your second ? soon there will appear our web site and it will be clear just be patient.
for now u can visit our Press Center web site which activities similar to our goal.
Sincerely,
boyzzz

Nobody i told MDPCH doesn't have in the name of "Uzbekistan" because it's movemenet for human rights not only in Uzbekistan but all over the world! ;)

You can call your organization whatever you want, but as long as it is not registered it is BS. If I go to Uzbekistan and tell everyone that I am president of the organization for protection rights of the people who suffer from diarhea, it will not make this organization present. It will be just one more BS.
I am wondering if your organization is registered anywhere ? You guys claim to be international organization, but I doubt if you have registration in any part of the world, let alone the international organizations. Since all of you guys in this so called MDPCh are citizens of Uzbekistan and live in Uzbekistan. Your movement will be anti-constitutional and illegal unless you manage to get some kind of paper with signature and stamp on it saying that all your efforts are not complete crap and has some legal basis.
I even have some thoughts about the status of the parent organizations for this movement, OPChU.
Anyway I hope there will be an answer and some kind of reasoning for these questions.
regards,
me

Hey there Interested, by the way next following some1two with the same IP, first critique and than keep it up Ruslan! kinda funny, are u one person telling this different stuff? if look upper u name urself hehe:)
Anyways let me answer your questions
1, i don't like when you do from my words your own interpretation:), i never told we are international org, we cooperate with them! please do not tell things for me, call it the way it is without your ******** propaganda!
2, i see u don't know international norms of law buddy!
for us it's not important to have all these stupid papers and follow the injustices under so called registration.
Everyone has the right individually and in association with others
a) to know, to seek, obtain, receive and hold information about all human rights and fundamental freedoms......
Article 6 Declaration on Human Rights Defenders by UN Assembly
Tons of intl norms unfortunately no time to type!
So be4 telling that nonsense about anti-constitutional think and explore the law!

Hi Ruslan.
Ok, i told "of Uzbekistan" because i thought so. Everybody gets wrong.dont it?
First of all, i want to tell you that i had no idea about "descrenimation" or something like this. Look and reread my previous post. My friendly advice to you learn to make LOGICAL understanding of question and to answer it correctly . If i say that i am Uzbek, it doesn't mean that i am going to beat others. If i say that you should learn Uzbek language it doesn't mean that you should work only for the sake of Uzbeks, not others. It doesn't mean that you should Discreminate somebody. It doesn't mean that i hate Russians or someone else.Rather it is funny that You who is Living in Uzbekistan, don't know Uzbek language. There is a Law about it, which declared Uzbek language as a State Language. I am not telling you forget the other languages that you know( because it will be silly to tell it).
If you REALLY want to work for the sake of ordinary people, you should learn how to answer questions and LOGICALLY. Because, as far as i know Human Rights is not something which can be expressed in Formulas or in Numbers. You can only prove your words only by your arguments, by REASONABLE ARGUMENTS.
Ok, the real reason of my asking previous questions was, as i thought, may be you could help to my Sisters, who live in far villages of Uzbekistan, whose Rights were violiated. You even didnt want to tell me what does your organisation do.
Dear Ruslan. I am not brave as you are. I support your works. I want to tell you much more. but i have to go. May be next time.
CU later on.

Is it because you're not fluent in Uzbek? :)

"Interested" has some good point, eventhough he seems to be suffering of "multiple personality" problem :)
"Ìû, ïðåäñòàâèòåëè ìîëîäåæè Óçáåêèñòàíà, îáúÿâëÿåì î ñîçäàíèè "Ìîëîäåæíîãî Äâèæåíèÿ çà Ïðàâà ×åëîâåêà.""
"MDPCH doesn't have in the name of "Uzbekistan" because it's movemenet for human rights not only in Uzbekistan but all over the world!"
"i never told we are international org, we cooperate with them!"
"..for us it's not important to have all these stupid papers and follow the injustices under so called registration."
"..So be4 telling that nonsense about anti-constitutional think and explore the law!"
"Article 15: In the Republic of Uzbekistan the unconditional supremacy of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of
Uzbekistan is recognized.
The state, its agencies, officials, social associations, and citizens act in ACCORDANCE with the Constitution and laws."
"Article 29: Each person has the right of freedom of thought, speech, and belief. Each person has the right to SEEK, RECEIVE, and
disseminate any information, with the exception of information directed against the existing constitutional order and other
limitations established by law."
Article 56: Social associations in the Republic of Uzbekistan are trade unions, political parties, academic societies, women's organizations, veterans' and youth organizations, creative unions, popular movements, and other LAWFULLY REGISTERED associations of citizens."
Just a reminder: "Article 4: The state language of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the Uzbek language."
It's nice to know the law and the regulations of one's country and the international norms. :)
One may think that many rules of the Constitution is being violated at the moment, so, one can violate it as well.
The life does not consist of human rights only. There are responsibilities and requirements too.
Not only human rights are being violated. Most of us doesn't understand the priority of the laws.
(examples: speeding. instead of paying the fine, people prefer to bribe the policemen or use some "cool" numbers and names;
accidents. someone drives drunk, kills the innocent on his way, instead of being accused, he simply pays some amount to the family of the victim and policemen;
someone takes more amount of money abroad (eventhough, there's a legal way of carrying it) simply by leaving 5-10 percent of the amount to custom agents at the airport;
someone else believes it's stupid to register the movements and have a legal status, etc. etc))
Nancy.

Another example :)
Parents marry their children (mostly daughters) at the ages of 14-15. (not only in the far villages!) They don't even bother to register the marriages, because everyone knows, it's not legal to get married at that age.
