What do you think is it good or bad for disinfection

no idea, i was thinking first that it somekinda helps to fight against parasitic mosquitos (a.k.a anopheles in Africa), but now i understand nothing at all. I got messed up with ideas. Maybe, it wants to say that it helps to sustain wasted water, thus decreasing in breeding of mosquitos and lower probability of get infected by malaria ("e.g. chuma") .
Maybe for other reasons, this is just my opinion.

1) Ozone chlorchalik effective emas
2) Ozonni sintez qilish qiyin
Havoda Oxygen ajratib olish kerak, keyin high voltage unda ham yield juda past
3) Ozon very unstable, faqat katta poollarni disinfectioni uchun ishlatilishi mumkindir balki, lekin chlor kabi uygacha yetib kelmaydi.
4) Chlorni tayyorlashda by product is NaOH juda kerakli hom ashyo, soda shisha ishlab chiqarishda
